Second call in as many days from these creeps, first one had 'LOWER INTEREST' in the Caller ID field. I've updated our blacklist database so, if these morons call back, they'll get a rude announcement followed by a 'howler' tone guaranteed to shred eardrums within a couple of yards.

I'm amazed our Government is powerless in stopping Corporate Fascist Harassment of its citizens!

Call was about lower interest rates. This was a recorded call with no introduction by a live person, this is in violation of California regulations.

2874.  (a) Whenever telephone calls are placed through the use of an
automatic dialing-announcing device, the device may be operated only
after an unrecorded, natural voice announcement has been made to the
person called by the person calling. The announcement shall do all
of the following:
  (1) State the nature of the call and the name, address, and
telephone number of the business or organization being represented,
if any.
  (2) Inquire as to whether the person called consents to hear the
prerecorded message of the person calling.(b) The calling person described in subdivision (a) shall
disconnect the automatic dialing-announcing device from the telephone
line upon the termination of the call by either the person calling
or the person called.

Vo61756290024         253-382-9901   I have told them to take me off of their call list but they keep calling.  Why are they able to beat the do not call list?  I have used up all of my slots of numbers to block them.  Now I am getting texts on my phone from callers and I have unsubscribed but it keeps coming.  I just wish I could turn the ringer off my phone.

Pretty much same story here, except for one thing... When I asked who was calling.... I was told " Well if you use Cardmember Services, you should know who this is".  I said to them, " You called ME, and I have absolutely no idea who the hell you are". I was then lectured about my vocabulary and lack of professionalism. I replied " Soomeone who has broken AT LEAST 4 laws in my state really doesnt need to be giving lectures about professionalism."

I didnt stop to listen to the spew from the other end...

Got a call from them, but on the Caller ID listed as: Lower Interest.

Also recieved similar message asking for key press to connect to an operator.

Got CALLS from this number - IF it truly IS "PacTel" (does NOT show that on my caller ID - only says "Tacoma, WA") - WHY would they be calling ME here in HAWAII? I am "upset" since they call at STUPID hours of the morning, and late evening.

AND - Since my number is unpublished and my phone is controlled by the FCC - I am telling you to STOP with these "phishing" expeditions. I am telling you to STOP, and if this continues - I will go to my phone service, the BBB, and the FCC and report this ILLEGAL HARASSMENT! I will get them ALL to do followup traces - and we WILL FIND YOU!

2533829901 called me I live in Hawaii  just 1 more person complaining about this #.

The caller, from Kent, WA. called us again,15:05,06/25/2012. . Today 06/27/2012, I called back, it allower me to remove mu number on " don't call list.
Ventura County, CA.

Telemarketer = no vm. Comes up with a Vonage number 06271319080043.  DNC List - guess they don't honor it because I've been on it for a LONG time & STILL get these calls.

I received a call from this number and when I answered it was an automated call regarding some sort of advertisement to lower my interest rate, but on what, I didn't know.  So I pressed 1 to speak with someone.  When a live person came on the line I asked what the call was about the lady hung up!

Third time we were awakened by this credit card company caller---FRUSTRATING.  Will Report to FCC

I've rec'd numerous messages from this number and I'm sick of it.  Make them go away please!!!!

Two calls within 5 minutes on my cell phone here in NC.  Did not answer as I did not recognize the number.

I have rec'd at least three calls from this #. I would not answer an unknown caller. Thanks to everyone who wrote their comments here. Now I know to NEVER pick up the call.

They call daily to my cell while I am working and when I do answer there is that damb delay, so I hang up. I don't know who ever thought that a 3 second delay before speaking was a good idea, because it actually borders on harrassment

BS card services number.  I just always push buttons like a little kid to annoy them back.  They hang up.
