Received call from this number at 2:50pm today.  Caller ID said V0628174852002332,   Uhhhh, what?

Maybe this jumble of numbers will give a clue to who is making these obnoxious calls?

I didn't answer so have no experience with who was on the other end.  But I just wish the the phone companies would put a stop to this nonsense.  Do Not Call list does absolutely nothing.

Received a call to my Cell phone yesterday & now today. I didnt answer because I didn't recognize the area code. Called the number back from my work phone and it is a prerecorded message requesting me to enter the number to be placed on a "do not call list". I put in my home phone. If I receive a call at home from these people I will report them to the FCC.

they wont, because they are pieces of [***] in a phishing scam, trying to get any/all info from anyone that is stupid enough to give it to them.  believe me, Im researching this BS.  good luck

They called many times before, but on different numbers- Lower your interest rate- What I can't understand why they bother people who aren't intrerested. I live in TN the call is from WA- these low life jerks need a life. - it has to be a scam anyway, because they never leave a message- That's what my answering machine is never hit a nujmber on the keypad they tell you to do. for NO way, when you do that you could be connected to a long distance over seas number you'll be charged for, this is one of the ways these scams make their money, even if you hand up they don't care they made money by you having to pay for that call. Only press numbers of a place you know for sure (or bank etc or a number you called that is legitimate)- and again that red flag should go up when offered a big prize for a few seconds up your time. I just hung up, I hope you do to.

You're never told this, but the numbers function like American "premium rate" lines that use the 900 area code, with sky-high rates that are split between phone companies and those who operate the lines.
Dial one of these Caribbean numbers and chances are you'll get pitched for some scam. But the thieves' real goal is often just to keep you on the line as long as possible and maximize their take. You'll endure long holds, frequent transfers and lots of small talk. Result: A call lasting just a few minutes can cost more than $20, a charge you discover only when your phone bill arrives. Again never hit a number on your keypad they tell you to do.

I have reported these people no less than 10 times (every time they call me I report them) but yet they STILL continue to call.. We've asked them numerous times to stop calling and to remove our name as we don't own any credit cards, nor do we want to own any but they just don't get it!  What good is the Do Not Call list if they keep calling?  They are rude, nasty pathetic people!!!!  I've gone so far as to send them a cease and desist letter (which they are not in violation of).. Guess it's time to all my attorney!  Our number is unlisted and unpublished and on the DNC list so why do they keep calling?  If more people complained and did something about them maybe we'd shut them down!!!!

Repeated calls from this mortgage reduction caller

Please stop calling this number. It is very annoying to say the least! We are on the don not call list so these calls should be blocked!!!!  why aren't they??????

I have rcvd. this automated call about once per month offering to reduce my cc interest rate.  I don't have any idea who this caller is and how they help.

So tired of these calls!  They come at all hours from different states.  I tell one number please do not call, they wait a week or two and I get a call on another number.   Robo dialers should be outlawed!

This place has been calling my house many times a day for over a year that I know of.  Always starts out Racheal to lower your interest on your credit card.  I stayed on the line & confront them & they deny calling me.  What I called them????  Crazy idiots that don't stop no matter what.  I may have to get my home phone disconnected.

I got the 2nd. call from them this month. I expect there will be more. The FTC will take complaints but needs lots of complaints to take action. I normally complain on-line (https://complaints.donotcall.gov/complaint/complaintcheck.aspx?panel=2) but this time I called the FTC "live" number, 1-877-382-4357. I suggest as many people as possible file complaints (use the "live" number; tying up their lines may get their attention). Also complain to the Washington State's Attorney General's Office. Call and request the form be mailed to you (again it costs the state of Washington), the on-line form is not the same and forces you to give some info you may not want to give. By the way, the DNC is supposed to be enforced by local law enforcement so lots of complaints to the State's Attorney General Office (in this case WA) should also get their attention. If I continue to get calls from Washington State, I intend to send complaints to the local media when the State's Attorney General is up for re-election documenting his failure to enforce the DNC list in Washington.

They called again today. Last time they called was June 26.  This time the Caller ID said V062915045300556 which is supposed to tell me what, exactly????  I didn't answer it.  I don't know anyone in 253 area code.

Same telephone clowns just called me but I don't answer. I just forward the number to the Do Not Call complaint number for all the good it does. But.... I'm building the number of complaints I make so as to re-enforce my complaint of useless government people wasting government funds doing nothing. Once again the answer is a little simpler than the government and the carriers want you to know. Make the carriers responsible for their phone lines being used for criminal activity. Once they have received a couple calls from Do Not Call complaints, burn the caller or pay damages to those called. The technology is there but there is no desire on the carrier or governments part to fix the problem. I also let Do Not Call useless folks know that if they punch the number in their computer they will see the same info that you and I are looking at here on 800notes.com.

Get calls from this number several times a day and we also are on do-not-call list. I do not answer; no message left.  Annoying!

I continually get calls from this number, at all hours, even though I'm on the Do Not Call List. I want it to stop!
