 Just got this scam from "IRS" sounded like a recorded robo-voice; the actual caller ID displayed 115124770300, either an international number or more likely just spoofed altogether. This 253-656-4763 is the number the voice said to call; DON'T FALL for it! I know from experience the real IRS never calls like this; they only make contact via US Mail, and trying to call them is tedious, taking an hour or more on hold before you get to a live agent. They then only deal in papers for legal trail purposes, never the instant payment via Charge card.

Message left on machine stating "The IRS has filed a suit against you. Call tis number"

Same robot call, The IRS is apparently skipping the audit thing and now suing people!

I just got this call from a different number.   It showed up on caller id is payphone and said the irs is filing suit against you and to call this number.

Message left on machine stating "The IRS has filed a suit against you. Call tis number"

State this is final notice.  The IRS is suing you and has filed a law suit against you.  A computer voice.  A scam!!!

Received this call yesterday (253-656-4763) at 4:40pm CST ... talk about a buzz kill ...

253-656-4763 - IRS scam.  I called them back and asked what city they were located in.  They hung up on me!

i call a call too, they left a voicemail and it was a robotic voice telling me to call the 253 656 4763 number, ot scared me a bit, but i can see im not the only one geting this has anything happened to anyone that got this call? or is it a for sure scam?

wow yah i just got an ansere from the number and i asked him for his employee ID Badge number, he gave no response and hanged up, he deffinetly wasnt american sounding, so yes this is most likely a scam.

Received a call from (516) 285-9894 (spoofed/not in service); recorded message instructing me to call the "IRS" at (253) 656-4763 regarding a lawsuit that's being filed against me. Later tonight, going to call back and okay along, then report any info I can get to the real IRS or FBI. Probably a complete waste of time, as these scumbags probably change their burn phones faster (and more often) than they change underwear. These parasites are the lowest of the low — blood-sucking insects.

callm just came in from 718-377-9204 as unavailable and asked to be called back at 253-656-4763  The IRS is sueing me.  It will cost them more than I Have

same as everyone else.  I spoke to them and played along for awhile now when they answer they start cursing

Just got the same call came from a NY number 516 285-9894.  Left message IRS is suing me as well. Told me to call back 253-656-4763.

Message left on my answer machine saying IRS is filing a lawsuit against me and to call 2536564763 for details. Caller ID showed the name Titan Outdoor with the # 718-783-8996.

This is nonsense, I got the call from one number (cant recall, it was on my ID) telling me IRS has a pending lawsuit and to call 254-656-4763 ... I called and the lady who answered hung up when I told her why I was calling, then only got a busy signal when I called back. I was simply curious, not alarmed at all, because this IS NOT how the IRS generally deals with people on anything.
