Calling me using a friends name saying my name is on blah blah blah & i had better get a hold of them........they really don't want me to get a hold of them, trust me!! Stop the damn calls already!!!!

This number keeps calling our phone recently. Said they are from Capital Claims service and the Guys name is John Ross. A women answered 1st and when I asked her name she transferred me. He was very threatening and laughed when I told him he was a scamer and was wasting our time. The message he left said that there was a possible fraud claim against my husband's ss#. He wanted either my husband or his attorney to call him back. I think it's ridiculous that they can call and call like that and threaten us or harass us like that.

What was the guys name?

Been getting calls on my cell for weeks.  Blocked the number now they are calling my work.  Threatening being sent to court and taking the matter up with my employer.  Guys name is "Christopher Reeve".  I'm so thankful I have a legitimate job, and don't have to stoop to the level of these scum to earn my paycheck.  The only Capital Claims Service that I can find online is an insurance adjuster.  Anyone find anything on the so called company that is calling everyone?

Got a today they left a message sice I don't answer numbers I don;t recognize, they said the same thing as everybody has mentioned, they need a real job the low lifes , I don't understand how they get away with this but they keep slipping through the cracks, if I was to owe anybody out there I will wait to be served papers not doing stuff over the phone to poeple I don;t know, plus I don't owe anything to anyone and if I do it's all paid every month and on time

HEY ROAD TRIP W/ A Baseball bat. anybody!! use an old tele phone sales ploy to tie up their line w/ return calls, so they can't call out anybody else & keep calling back. my minuets, [***] em!

I got a call at work after I was off today (5/11/15) my employer gave them my work cell number, this guy named Corey Mason, said that I have a case in his office for a payday loan I took out back in later part of 2010, and He didn't want to file with my locate courts civically and criminally. That I could be charged with Bank Fraud and something else. After checking online, I found out that my state's status of limitations on collecting a payday loan is four years after the last transaction on the account. Well this Mr. Mason said the last thing on the account a payment was made on Dec. 2010 of 50 dollars. If my math is right that e like 4 years and 5 months ago. Plus in my state the limitation of fraud is three years once more that has come and gone. He told me he could stop this action for 72 hours and would call back on 5/13/15 and I be waiting for him I am going to call a lawyer and find out for sure then I am going to let him have it. Also the Federal Trade Commission act 800 covers this people and it says they can not threat to have you arrested or any court action. - caller: Corey Mason

They contact me saying that they were the IRS( even though the IRS only contacts you by mail). I asked them for there Federal ID#, they said F U, and hung up. Says it all right there! Scam artists, call them out.
