    I didn't know it was Comcast until I checked notes.  This number called several times before and after service.  There is no name id on the call so I didn't answer it.  I will also add to my rejection list.  Thanks everybody.

    Comcast was calling to check on repair service. Comcast sucks, took 7 days to come out and fix cable that they damaged installing a neighbors service.

    This is hilarious. Yes, it's Comcast. Even though the Caller ID says simply "Hatboro, PA". Because, you know, a major telecommunications company can't work out how to shown who they are in their Caller ID, can they? That shouldn't be a surprise considering they were calling to let me know they were coming to make the service call we had requested... when we HADN'T requested a service call! To make it even better, the repair guy we didn't request showed up right on time.

    But try to get them to send anyone over when you DO need service...

    Dang, Comcast! Leave a message and show that you're the caller! That does not seem to be beyond what your technology would be. I used to like Comcast, but since I've had some financial difficulties and occasionally get behind on my bill, they hound me endlessly! Once my contract is up, I'm done with them.

    I haven't had anything done with Comcast and if it is Comcast I don't think they'd call at 6:30 AM so as far as I'm concerned it's a scam call that I'm blocking.

    Got a call this morning. No message. Had Comcast internet installed this morning. Called back and got automated Comcast message saying the call was for a survey. Also gave me opportunity to be added to Comcast Do Not Call list.

    Once  you  get  a  call from  this   you  wiil be  receiving  calls  from  all  the  states ,  its  comcast   survey  call.   they  give   access  to  telemarketers   ,  so  every  one   keeps  calling.   comcast  is  annoying  ,  the  dispatch  sweetly  lie  to  you   when   they  are  sending  the  tecnician ,  the  techcian  does  not  show  up  in time  ,  when  you  call   the  dispatch   without  our  consent  they  give  their  own   appointment.    comcast  is  the  worst   ,  trying  to  change  the  carrier  but  unfortunately  this  buillding  does  not  allow  any  other   carrier.  ,   its  so  annoying   with the  comcast.

    Quite wrong Sally!  They use an elaborate automated phone so they think they can eliminate many workers that should be the backbone of their customer service!  Once their automated calls are done they could care less about you, the customer.

    no name displayed on my Caller ID.  Come on Comcast breakdown and spend some money to fix that for your customers!!!  I did not answer either of their two automated calls.  They were checking on a service call that afternoon and called once in early evening and then the next morning.  Several of my local channels were missing for over three months and they could never fix it!  Finally I lost even more channels.  When I called to complain again they arranged a service visit for five days later!  Early in the morning of the scheduled service date, we lost all internet and TV service as TV channels disappeared left and right.  Early that afternoon everything came back on and we finally started receiving all the TV channels we were paying for.  The internet speed also picked up, but not alot.  The Comcast serviceman showed up at the arranged service time but remained in his Comcast van in my driveway for 10 minutes!  I finally went out to tell him the TV and internet service were magically fixed overnight.  He ignored me for several minutes!  What a great company, NOT!!!!!!!!!!!

    I heartily agree with you! I  once had these Middle Eastern guys call my phone stating they were from department of internet crimes for years and said I'd be arrested if I didn't call them back. Suffice it to say it was obviously a scam.

    My caller ID actually said this number was from Manila so I automatically assumed this call was a scam from people that were phishing for info, so I immediately  sent them to voicemail and promptly blocked the number.  I also wasn't going to call the number back because that's how they get your info from the phone company and rack up ridiculous charges on your account. If this truly was Comcast calling for a survey, they need to have it as their 800 or 866 number with their name displayed.
