3). Overseas hijack non-working US numbers, and reroute through them. These are also not covered by the DNCL

I received a call from the same number. Rang once and didn't even left a VM. Weird! Called at 5pm and the number isn't saved on my phone. Looked it up and voila! I'm not the only one. I wonder who are these people calling and don't even answer. I guess they're scammers.

Received phone call at 11;00 p.m. or after it showed on my cell left no message figured it was a scam call and never call any of these type of calls.

Called at 10:23pm on 2/3/14. Rang twice then they hung up. I didn't answer and they didn't leave a message

Just got a call from this number and no voicemail.  Don't call it back. It's a scam, the will charge your cell phone company long distance fees.

I also got a call Sunday from this number.  I was getting ready for church and  let the phone ring because I knew I could call whomever back when I was on the way to church.  When I looked at the area code, the location was Antigua/Barbuda - so I immediately blocked the number.  I have heard of scams such as this before, but this is a new area code.

i received a call from 268-762-0027 on feb 4 at 3:46 pm. the phone rang once then they hung up. I did not have a chance to answer.

Call on 2/4/14 at 10:42p ET to number in Northeastern MA. One ring. Did not answer.

I just received a call from this number it is 12:26 am. I did not pick up. No message was left.

Got a phone call @ 1am :( rang once no vm

I don't know anyone in Antigua so I did not answer. It rings only twice and I have gotten calls on three successive days, last one at 12:31 AM. The calls were from (268) 762-0030, 0032, and 0027.

I got a call from this number at 9:07pm it only rang once. Because of the area code I didn't bother to call back. I don't answer calls from numbers I don't know.

Have received several calls from this number on my cell phone.  They never leave a message nor show a name as to who they are.  They also use 268-762-0076.
