One and two ring calls from Caribbean Country's (Montserrat, Dominica,Jamaica, Grenada,  Antiqua and Barbados, Saint Lucia..) should not be called back! These calls are done so you will call them back and cram your phone bill with high Call costs:

Have called twice now and hang up after 1 or 2 rings.  First call at 11:30 PM. Area code is for Antigua/Barbados

I received a call from this number at almost 9:30pm my time.  This has got to stop

just got a call at 11:50 PM my time.. 3 rings and no voicemail. F@(%*ng scammers trying to get you to call back for high charge rates.

Missed call from this # at 10:30pm my time tonight. After reading all of these comments i'll just add it to my reject list, thanks to all who posted.

Recieved a call from this number at 9:30 pm one ring no message

Two rings and hung up, 9:15am my time.

Call from this number, I answered, and there was no reply.  Just dead space.

3 pm today I received a one ring call from this number. DO NOT CALL BACK SPAM!!!

Received call on Sunday 1/26/14 - Anigue/Barbuda - blocked it.

Calls my cell phone over and over but hangs up after 1 or 2 rings

They called my phone around 11:30 AM PST. It rang twice and then hung up, no voicemail either.

Call from number 268 762-0037 at 7:30am. 1 ring. I NEVER try to return calls from numbers I don't know. Why would anyone do that? Look it up on forums like this one and then forget it. Why anyone would call a number back that you don't recognize, especially from someplace like Antigua/Barbuda like this one is beyond me. Unless you have relatives there, ignore it.

Same- 2 rings and hung up
