One and two ring calls from Caribbean Country's (Montserrat, Dominica,Jamaica, Grenada,  Antiqua and Barbados, Saint Lucia..) should not be called back! These calls are done so you will call them back and cram your phone bill with high Call costs:

Phone rang 3 times and hung up.  Obviously they have no respect for famlies at home after 9 PM on a Sunday night.  Did not call them back....not worth the time or energy.

Call from 2687620045  (Antigua).  Came in on cell. Dead air when answered.

When i called back i got a mumbled voice that said something services, and please hold for operator followed by some bad techno holding music

call once then hang up.....

I heard if you call back you will have a big charge on your phone bill next month

My phone carrier tells me that number is a GA number - same experience, called the cell - dead air

Do not recognize this phone number.  

I received a call from this number, too. It costs money for them to call my cell phone.

Just got a call from this number.  Husband got one a few days ago.  One ring and hang up.  I deleted the call from my missed calls.  

Don't want calls from out of the country at random hours of the night

Got called by this number.   Spammer.

Do we have something else in common? Unauthorized charges in our bank accounts the last 30 days?

2 rings and hung-up.  Based on other posts, I'm glad I didnt answer!

They rang my phone at 5:31 in the morning.  I rejected it and put it on my "Reject List".  

Received a call from this number yesterday afternoon and again this morning.  3 rings and then they hang up.  Did not call back.  Comes up as Antigua and Barbuda.

two times this munber has called my cell, once in the middle if the night and around 8:30 pm, reporting number my carrier

I got a call from this number, answered, no answer.   Hung up, tried calling them back twice.  Because I've been getting calls from a blocked number as well and I will answer & they breathe into the phone and hang up.  I thought maybe they had forgotten to block their number.  So I called them back.  I'm getting REALLY sick of these people calling me.
