My husband and I both just received calls from this number at the same time.  Our phones stopped ringing before we could answer.

Got a call from this number 2 rings...hang up no idea

One and two ring calls from Caribbean Country's (Montserrat, Dominica,Jamaica, Grenada,  Antiqua and Barbados, Saint Lucia..) should not be called back! These calls are done so you will call them back and cram your phone bill with high Call costs:

This # called twice this morning. No msge. Oddly enough, a friend is In St. Maartin right now. We've emailed but not spoken over the ph. Hmmm, curious!

They keep calling. one ring...maybe two...dont call back.

I got called this evening, Jan 22, '14 @9:20.
I do not, nor have I ever shopped at Target, so they're not just calling folks scammed @Target before Christmas.

I've that same phone call, and as a [***], I recalled several times before looking at this. However, it only took me off 5 USD from the phone, so it's not a VERY big deal.

They call @4:20am. I didn't answer didn't recognize the area code or number.

This number called me today. I never pick up for a number I do not recognize. A few weeks ago, I received a call from Monserrat. I did not pick up for that number either.

Number calls and hangs up after a couple of rings.  Not the first time this has happened.  After the call, my phone would not connect with the internet.

One ring, no answer.  

My cellphone rang a couple of times at 9:02 AM, and hung up.  I called it back, let it ring once or twice, than decided to hang up myself, and not knowing the number or area code, investigate it on the 'net....did a google search and came up with this site.
Thanks for the helpful comments....now I will have to check my phone bill to see if I was charged anything for either call, and get the charge removed....

Okay,  I checked my bill, there was no charge for either call.  I then blocked this number from future calls...

I just had the same experience - two rings then a hang up!

Called me on my cell. Two rings, no one answered. Not answering this number anymore

Just got a call from 268-762-0132 at 8:54pm, answered it, no one there.  Called it back (didn't read these first) and received a message saying that there were technical difficulties and my call could not be completed.  Time to call the phone company...

Called me at 9:29 EST, I didnt pick up caller didn't leave a message. As usual Thank you everybody for warning.

I received a call on Saturday, Sunday & Tuesday from 268-762-0132. I never answered because I didn't recognize the number, glad I didn't answered.

They keep calling me, but don't say anything for about 30 seconds and then hang up. I can't call back because i can't make international calls because of my phone plan (yay for me) but my phone doesn't block the number somehow. It's annoying.

These flipping people need to be stopped along with the FB predators,no where to turn these people into
