How to stop being billed

got call from 268-762-0027 at 11:24 pm on the 26th. probably a scam

Received call on my cell and didn't answer as I didn't know who it was from and no message was left

I received 2 calls also.  They hung up both times before it even rang twice.  That is how I got here.  Thanks for the tip.  I don't answer numbers I do not recognize for this reason.  Glad I looked it up.  Very fishy!  Do not answer, and do not call back.
268-762-0049 was the first number that called me.  0134 called the second time.

I got this call this morning, it rang twice and hung up.  I called back and it wouldn't go through.  I blocked the caller on my phone.

this is incoming call, before I pickup it up, it hangup.

I have received 2 phone calls today from this number. I didn't answer or call back. They did not leave a message.

I just got 3 calls back to back from this number it will do them no good to try and charge me I got a prepaid iPhone threw AT&T

Half rang looked up area code and this site came up .I don't ever answer a number I don't  know. No message I don't call it back.

Received call at 9:11pm eat- rung once. Number was unfamiliar - didn't answer- researched on this site- will not return call....

Called  my  cell,  rang  twice. I  sent it to voicemail but no message was left.

Got a call 1/29/14 10pm from a similar number, and now this # (off by last 4 digits) at 1030pm.
Both from Antigua/Barbuda.
