This number has called me extremely late at night multiple times! I have an auto reject option on my phone and added them immediately.  When I did answer they hung up on me.

Invest in a call blocker and do NOT pick up on call numbers you DO NOT recognize.

They will NOT stop calling EVEN after I ask to be put on the DNC list.  I've had enough!!!!!

Hit them back by completely ignoring their calls then. No kind of answer means irritation for them. Don't waste your breath telling them not to call anymore, they don't understand or listen to you. Just ignore the call entirely and be patient.

That's because these people are scammers operating from non-traceable trac phones.  They couldn't care less about the DNC or any other regulations or laws.  Their goal is to get the credit card number and make the charge before the victim realizes that their "company" is just BS.  Get a call blocker or download a call blocking app and help put them out of business.  800notes has extensive discussions on call blockers.  Just put "call blocker" into the search box and you can read about other users experience.

SCAM!!! Called 5 times, I finally answered just to see who was annoying me. Foreign sounding dude although the call was listed as from Texas, claimed he was some group called "USA Insurance" something and they "work with top insurance companies because of new rules that lower your rates". I said I don't have insurance with you. He said yes maam as I said at beginning of call we have new rules to lower your rates and we work with all top insurance companies, Geico, Allstate, *listed others*. I said I don't have insurance with any of those. He said well who is your insurance provider then? I said I'm not telling you that, who are you? He hung up.

A man with a foreign accent called asked for me by name and said I qualify for 35% off of my car insurance because I am a safe driver. I said I already have insurance. He said before you hang up, you live in Texas and are driving a Dodge, Chevy or Ford. I said "NO" then , he said what is the make and model of your car. I said I don't know who I am talking to, therefore I won't give that information and he hung up on me. Called me 4 times today.

Called at nine PM polity asked who was calling? Woman got really mad when I asked again. She got rude  I told her it was 9pm you called me and you can't tell me who you are? Or what you're calling me about? Hmmm fishy to me.

Call blocker might be of some help.  Also don't pick up on numbers you do not recognize, or where there are caller IDs that seem odd.  Or where there is no caller ID.  There’s  no way to stop the calls from being initiated.

I have gotten four calls this morning all telling me to go to "HELL."

They called me at 11pm. This is the 3rd time today this number called me today and 11 pm isnot a time for them to be calling plus he woke up both my kids. I asked him if he knew what time it was. The man said no and hung up.

He told me to shut my [***] mouth when he was talking and then hung up

This number called me today so far two times the last time i answered and wouldnt give info so he called me an F [***] and hung up

Keeps calling me from this number but hangs up when I answer.

Someone called me from this company, tried to get me to verify my information and when I refused told me that they were going to continue to call me and bother me everyday, all the time for as long as he possibly could, despite that I didn't mention anything about it.

Text number 281-545-0428 keeps on calling my number and then when you answer it it doesn't call you back. It's a fake number

It started as 1 call  3 days ago, now 6 times between yesterday and this morning...each time the guy pronounces "Mc" a different way.

This number calls my like every hour

281-545-0428 calls a half dozen times every day, I hit ignore. Says Richmond, Texas. I do not answer numbers I dont  know. No skin off my nose to hit ignore button, its wasting their time not mine.
