Didn't answer, but have grown to be very suspicious (and usually rightly so) of brand new, unknown numbers that suddenly pop up on my caller i.d. Will check back here to see if others chime in.

Caller I.d. said Frankly Espinal. I too never answer calls from unknowns.

Yep just got a call from this number caller id also said said Frankly Espinal and I dont answer those kinda calls. Left no message and no answer on the call back.

 Funny how all previous posts are from Texas.  I am also from Texas and the Frankie Espinal was on the name of the caller.  Unless I get a call from MY DOCTOR, my friends or a relative (of who I already have their numbers) I don't answer.  I am so tired of these types of calls and the phone companies playing deaf.

Caller ID "FRANKLY ESPINAL" ... Did not answer and they left no message.  I don't answer anything I don't recognize or if labeled "Unknown", "Unavailable", or with just a State or City name.  Yes, I'm in Texas, too.

my calle ID also read: Frankly Espinal and like all others I don't pick up if I don't recognize number or name on caller ID.  These calls are so bothersome and they disturb your downtime not to mention your sleep.

Unknown Caller and only got 2 rings and a disconnect.  I receive so many of these calls lately like roaches coming out from hiding. Annoying!

Called me once yesterday and didn't answer. They didn't leave a voicemail or anything. Called me twice today, I answered both. Both times I said hello and they hung up immediately after.

Rang 4 times. Did not answer since I did not recognize # or know anyone in Houston. No message. I see why.

Called ID said, Houston, TX. I don't answer the phone from phone numbers I don't know. Number blocked.

I'm also in Texas but caller ID showed Houston
Texas didn't answer and figured since it's election season I'll attribute it to that and just block to my ever growing list.

Caller ID showed Houston. No message. Didn't recognize the number, so I googled and ended up here.  These calls are so irritating!

I just got a phone call from this number also.  It rang twice and they hung up. No message left!

Answering machine picked up and caller left no message.  ID says Frankly Espinal.  Now what kind of a name is FrankLy?  Probably one of several spam calls my machine answers daily.

Called, asked for owner of business by name. When told he wasn't available he apologized for bothering me and hung up.

I was distracted and picked up our ringing phone. The caller didn't say anything so I hung up. Frankly Espinal and 281-624-4471 was displayed so I called and was surprised when a male voice, in perfect English, asked if I speak Spanish. When I said "no", he hung up. What's the reason for those kinds of calls?

This roach almost gave my Spanish speaking grandmother a panic attack. This man claimed that he was one of her nephews and needed to be picked up at the airport for who knows what reason. There have been calls before from other perhaps related people trying to extort her for money.

Looking it up says it is a mobile out of Houston, tried looking up "Frankly Espinal" it was curious what is so very close to the ID.
