I received a call from 281-764-1215 and was told that a suit had been filed against me for several pay day loans that I know nothing about. I've never even taken out a pay day loan with anyone much less several of them. Each time I called the number back the scammer on the other end gave me a different name as to who he was. He would not give me the address of his "law firm" other than Allen Gaston & Assoc, which doesn't exist. The more questions I asked him, the more he yelled and repeatedly hung up on me. He did tell me that he was sending the Sheriff's department to my place of work to arrest me. He also stated that I'd be receiving information regarding the lawsuit in Kaufman, Tx. Well, there is no Kaufman, Texas and that's certainly not where I live. These people are scammers. He told me his name was Robert Williams, Sam T., Officer Smith and Jack Smith. However, every time I'd ask a question, he would hang up on me. Please DO NOT entertain these thieves in conversation. He can barely speak English but his names are Williams and Smith.

I have received the same phone call.  He told me I would be arrested and lose my job.  He said I owed on a payday loan which I don't have. I called back and told him I knew he was a scam and he told me he was having me arrested for fraud, bad checks, and something to do with the bank.

Not much you can do.   These are Indian scammer/extortionists located outside the reach of US Law.

    Call blocker might help.

Extortion Scam Related to Delinquent Payday Loans

    Washington, D.C.
December 07, 2010  FBI National Press Office
    (202) 324-3691

The Internet Crime Complaint Center has received many complaints from victims of payday loan telephone collection scams. Callers claim the victim is delinquent in a payday loan and must repay the loan to avoid legal consequences. The callers purport to be representatives of the FBI, Federal Legislative Department, various law firms, or other legitimate-sounding agencies. They claim to be collecting debts for companies such as United Cash Advance, U.S. Cash Advance, U.S. Cash Net, and other Internet check-cashing services.

According to complaints received from the public, the callers have accurate data about victims, including Social Security numbers, dates of birth, addresses, employer information, bank account numbers, and the names and telephone numbers of relatives and friends. How the fraudsters obtained the personal information varies, but in some cases victims have reported they completed online applications for other loans or credit cards before the calls started.

The fraudsters relentlessly call the victim’s home, cell phone, and place of employment. They refuse to provide any details about the alleged payday loans and become abusive when questioned. The callers have threatened victims with legal actions, arrests, and, in some cases, physical violence if they do not pay. In many cases, the callers harass victims’ relatives, friends, and employers.

I have received multiple phone calls from this number, finally answered it, and it is the same as all of the posters above.  Nelson Martin (with a foreign accent) is claiming to be a lawyer and working on behalf of Loans America.  He stated that they would sue me, get my driver's license cancelled, have my job taken away from me, and that if I didn't call back within 30 minutes, the police would show up to arrest me.

I have no idea how these people got my number or information, but they had it.

The person named Robert Williams, left a message for my deceased husband earlier in the day with my daughter,  my husband died march 29, 1990.  he called back and when I told him he had the wrong number he cursed me and told me to move back to my own country,  That was real funny considering I am American Indian.  These people should be shut down, there are collection laws that prohibit this type of calling.  The Number that called me was 281-764-1215

Just got off the phone with an Arabic accented 'Steve Myers' who apparently works for an american attorneys office claiming that local PD, IRS, and the FBI had a warrant for my arrest if I did not agree to pay them a settlement tonight....They even called my job. After a few minutes of pretending to be my own attorney I made sure his ears were quite open as I told him "Your children will be born with crippling deformities that will  cause you to hate them and yourself because of what you do to people." Most scammers just hang up....but that must've struck a nerve :-D

Here's some fun phrases and their translations you can compliment them with if you decide to call back:

'1.  Eyreh be afass seder emmak.'

-'my dick in your mothers ribcage.'

    2. 'Elif air ab dinikh'

-'A thousand dicks in your religion.'

    3. 'Air il'e yoshmotak'

-'May you be struck by a dick.'

    4. 'Edash bet kalef bentok.?'

    -'how much for your daughter?'

    5. 'Una bede et'hash zebe be dant bentok.'

-'I wish to place my [***] in your daughters ear.'

    6. 'Add ma emmak neketo la bayyak men tizo, hebil fik men bayadto.'

-'Your mother f#cked your father in the a$$ so much that he got pregnant and held you in his balls.'

    Enjoy!

PS- if you do call try and record it.
