Calls House Continuously does not leave message

Call them back. Asked if I know Lisa goobltygoop (couldn't understand with her thick accent).  Of course I don't.  Their name has changed also to Mandrake or something like that formerly Wolpoff.  Told them to never call this number again and she said OK (I could understand that!)

I CALLED BACK A WOMAN ANSWERED THE PHONE AND SEAID EITHER "VIN BRACKEN" OR "BEN RACKEN" SHE ASKED ME DID I RECEIVED A CALL , I TOLD HER NO ;BUT A FRIEND OF MIND DID ,AND SHE HUNG UP THE PHONE

Mann Bracken has called and harrassed me for more than a month now.  Everytime I answer or return their calls I tell them to take me off their list.  They have the wrong person; my social security number does not match who they are looking for, and I do not have any outstanding bills.  When I call to ask them to take me off their list, the people I speak with are RUDE!  They are not helpful and have even hung up on me.  Just because they are debt collectors, they do not have the right to treat people badly.

I finally called the # the recording gives and got a live person. Sounded like he was from India. 1st thing he asked for was for my SS#. Like i'm going to give him my info. I told him no and he said that they will keep calling he till they find out i'm not the right person or not. He asked if I lived at an address I never heard of. He said they will no longer call me now that they know they have the wrong person.

We will see if thats true or not.

Call at least once a day, never leave a message and if I do pick up, they hang up.

The rockville address is the one I most recently used twice with two seperate bills that it took me three years to pay off, thats the address the money went to. Now they're harassing me again, but it shows up as mann bracken 301-882-9977. WTH??

They call all the time, and its driving me crazy. And what really bugs me is that after reading these comments, I learn that it used to be a different company, with whom I've paid my debts. Which wasn't easy, let me tell you. Now they want to change their name and number and harass me again?!

these fools keep calling and never say anything so I just hangup I say hello twice and that's all you get from me twice is to many times if I don't know the number, I am just being polite with sayng hello twice. and for the comment from the COllector, why do I have to spend money to get them to quit calling, not gonna do. They keep calling they will keep hearing Mr Tonie( the dial tone).Maybe they will quit calling then. I don't really bother me though because they call when I am at work mostly. On the weekends they mostly call on Sunday's and they get hungup on.  THen they get erased from my caller ID But I do wish they stop calling who ever they are.

On the caller ID it goes under the name MANN BRACKEN. Gives u a recording and it calls our home every single day and its so annoying....moved here in October and they've called everday since then so u can imagine how annyoed we are...

They have called me everyday.  I am not home during the day, but the voicemail picks up and I have never gotten a message.  I signed on to here to see who they were?  I have no clue what they want since I have yet to get a message or speak with anyone...Who do they even collect for?

These stupid people call me every Sunday with a voice automated recording for a name of a person that doesn't even live here. I don't have any collection issues and never have. So annoying..

Saw ID on my TV, name listed as Mann Braken.  Did not answer.  Formerly Wolpoff Agency, Co. ?  Seems to be from other reports here a collection Agency.  Don't need calls like this. I am on the do not call list for my land line and cell phone.

Constantly receiving phone calls for "Carrie". I have no idea who the recipient of the call is nor do I know the law office.  I want to be taken off their "robocall" list immediately.

Ok here is what you need to do

1. go to DONOTCALL.GOV and report them . File a complaint.

2. Write a letter up.

DEAR MANN BRACKEN or whatever

I am writing in pursuant to the FDCPA and asking you to cease and desist all communication with me. All future communication should be via writing and through mail. You are not allowed to call or contact me or at my employment as personal calls are not allowed.

I have no idea who you are or who you are trying to reach. Your calls are now harassment and this is your last non legal notice to cease and desist communications with me as outlined in the FDCPA.

If you want control over who calls you, get blocking features on your phone or change your number or get something like ooma.

If they try to send you a debt letter, you have to send them back a letter within 30 days disputing the debt and asking for validation.

Check also your statue of limitations in your state, your debt might be too old to collect by them but they still try.

DONT TALK TO THEM or you might bring back that debt.

once again, DONT ever talk to them on the phone once you send it the letter. even without it.
