Got a call on my cell phone from this number saying it was my last chance to lower my credit card interest rate.  I pressed "1" to talk to a live person per the instructions so that I could ask them where they got my private number.  The system disconnected me while transferring me to a live person.

Scam. Called my iphone, and when I answered got a message that this was Cardmember Services and this was a chance to lower my interest rates. I pressed 1 and a woman answered, asking me if I was ready to lower my rates. I asked how the hell she got my cell phone number since she didn't represent any bank I did business with. She got irate, asking why I pressed 1 if I didn't want to lower my rates. Hung up on the b*tch.

Have reported them multiple times to national do not call reg. Am told it is scam just ignore them there is nothing we can do, they are not ligitimate buisness. everytime they are reported they just change up and keep going. They are fun to screw with! They get real pissed when you tell them you are an attorney general for the state of........

just gor this unsolicited call.  Did not answer.  Grateful for this site.

I got a similar call and the young woman claimed that since I had once applied for a credit card, that the Do Not Call no longer applies. Somehow I think she is miss-informed.
Is there a Federal office or Federal website where this can be reported?

Just got a call all the way in Hawaii!  WTH did not answer tried to call back not a working number?

Missed a call from this number.  Tried to call back several times and got a busy signal.

Got a call from this number try to call back useing 67 cannot call back.

yep, got one on my cell. didn't recognize the number, so did not answer.  they didn't leave a message (of course).  such time wasters.

Got a call, hit "1" to speak to someone, she ask me if I was responding to lowering my credit card interest rate,  I told her no I wanted my name removed and she abruptly hung up.

Came up as a call from Delaware. Recording claimed they could lower my credit card APR. As soon as I asked whom they represented and told them I was on the do not call registry, they hung up. When I called back, I got a message that my call could not be completed as dialed. I filed a complaint at www.donotcall.gov. If everyone does this, they might stop,

I received a call June 28th at 2:19 PM. I did not answer. I'm also the Do Not Call List. I'm glad I found this site. I will not answer .

Got a call on landline from this number.  Was obviously a robocall.  Hung up and called it back rather than push anumber as requested.  Got message saying "Thank you for calling Environmental Health.  If emergency call 911, if client, call 877-425-7054, if not client, call 206-461-3222."

Turns out the 206-461-3222 # is a 24/7 hot line for people in crisis in King County (Seattle) WA.  

Shame on the perpetrators for this scam.  I informed the Crisis Clinic in Seattle of the Bridgeport, Delaware 302 # but don't know that they can do much about it.

Pretty sure this is phishing, but the robocall is against regs anyway. I reported it at the Do Not Call Registry site.

Same - scam.  Pushed 1 to speak to a person and the phone hung up instantly.

Received a call from this number at 10:30 am. Caller ID said Delware. Answered to a recorded message reguarding lowering creit card debt. When pressed 1 a human answered and ask did you press 1 I told her I was trying to find out who this was and she replied we help lower your credit card dept.  then informed her we are on DO NOT CALL list and she hung up in my face

sick of these calls and no help from Do Not Call.  Gotta buy a gun.

Just got call pressed 1 and old person I have a no cal phone number and he hung up
