HHS is not Obama but part of the Department of Health.  They do not make random calls to sell Medicare, Medicaid or any other insurance. Plus if they were to call you, they would not hang up when answered or without leaving a message because they would be call because you requested information or something.

Men called and said he was representing att and he could lower my phone bill because I didn't use my long distance. I tolled him I didn't had att (I have charter). He said didn't matter that his company provided long distance to phone companies. Then he tried to take me to a Thierd Party verification on the phone and i hang up. I called charter and asked if the called I had was true charter said it esas provably a scam.

This is NOT AT&T or any legitimate entity.  They want to SLAM your account and add charges. Do not converse with them. Buy a call blocker plus check your phone bill for unauthorized charges.

They call constantly but never answer.
