Woman called herself Mrs. Noble left a voice mail and said something about supply charges on my electric account and she needed for me to call back with a copy of my statement in order for me to apply a reduced benefit on my bill. I don't remember the electric ever giving and discounts. She gave her cell phone number 302-440-3707 and it sounded like a mobile phone going down the highway with the windows down. She also gave me a reference number. So I called my utility company and they said it was a scam and they have no record of this women or the reference number. The utility company has been getting a lot of complaints about these types of calls. Don't these scammers know how read a do not call list and know they are wasting their time?

just got same message

I just received the same call as well but it came from 855-871-7116 and she left a vm saying to call her back at 302-440-3707! Exact same message as the one above. Definitely a scam!

I just received a call from this woman. Again she claims to be "Mrs. Noble" and she was calling in reference to my electric supply charges. I figured this was a scam because this was a voicemail whereas she stated I should call her back at 302-440-3707. As I looked through my missed calls, I received no calls from area code 302.

Same exact thing one hour ago.  Mrs. Noble, electric company, call back with a reference number:E0051140.  I hope you find her.

Wow this woman must be calling everyone with a 302 number.  I just got the same exact message.    So annoying.  Did anyone try calling back?

Energy scammers. Just another attempt to PHISH you information.

I do not understand why would you call back an unknown number? Do you want more unknown calls?

She must be calling everyone today! I just got this same call. I had a feeling this was a scam. Sounds like an older lady.

I got the same message on my voicemail. Thank you for having this on the internet to help people to know these kinds of calls are scammers. I wish they would find something better to do with their time!!
