Phone message this morning with 3 second delay before "Mrs. Noble" started talking and left the same message as everyone else seems to be getting, reference number E0051140 and call  back number of 302-440-3707. What kind of people agree to do these scams?  If my elderly parents had gotten this call they would have panicked, which is want these scumbags are hoping will happen so people call them back and get SCAMMED.

I just received this same call. Without stating what company she was calling from I was suspicious. Glad to see this post!

Received calls on both my cell phone and land line.  Message from Mrs. Noble wanting me to call her about my electric charges.  The call was from 844-467-4609 but she wanted me to return her call at 302-440-3707.

I also received the exact same call. It sounds like this Mrs. Noble is talking from a script or it is a recording. I don't answer calls from numbers I don't recognize. The number came from 855-871-7116 even though the number she gave was 302-440-3707 Reference No E0051140

Received same call last week. No mention of the company's name and she left a reference number. Thanks for posting this.

Same exact thing as stated above .... Scammer!!

Got the same call, and called them back....a few times!  Hehehe......it's some bogus energy company.... I invite everyone reading this - esp those who've been called by them - to call them and waste a few moments of their hapless employee's time.  You'll be glad you did.

We got the same message.  Blocking the number.  I can just about guarantee you they are trying to get you to change electric companies.  This shouldn't be happening when we are on the do not call list ... really don't see where the do not call list helps much as we get scams all the time.  Just thankful we have a good blocking system.

Received a call about my supply benefit. Gave a reference #. Thought was a scam. Glad to see other posts. Reported to FTC on do not call registry. Hope they catch these scammers!
