I got this call today too. That is the reference number she gave me!

Also received call from 844-467-4609.  I don't answer unknown numbers but "Mrs. Noble" left a voice message with the same reference #E0051140 and phone number 302-440-3707.  I live in Delaware and that's our area code so it sounded like it might be legit.  But I looked up the phone number and found this site.  We keep phone numbers updated on the Do Not Call List but apparently only legit agencies pay attention!! Thank you for having this information online!

"Mrs. Noble" just left the same message with same reference number.  DE must be the state to scam today. Caller ID showed coming from 844-467-4609

Received the same exact message just a minute ago.

I got the same call today too on my cell.  Called from a 844 area code.  Mrs Noble, call back 302.440.3707, supply charges on electric account, have copy of statement in-hand to apply supply benefit, gave ref #.  You could tell it was a recording not an actual live person leaving the message.

A had a message left from a woman named Mrs. Noble. The number she provided as her call back 302-440-3707. She mentioned reducing my electric and since I have no idea who or what she is talking about - I didn't bother to call her back.

Received call from same #...only "Mrs. Nettles"  said from electric co but not name of the co. Tired off all these losers trying to take advantage!

call came from 844-467-4609. Mrs. Noble said to call her back on 302-440-3707. Discount on my electric supply charges - my ref# E0051140. I can see from above that we all probably have the same ref. #! What a joke

Sounds very familiar. It's important to note that the call came from 844-467-4609 and the message asked to call 302-440-3707. If they need you to have your statement, then they do not have access to it. If there were additional charges on my electric bill, I'd be calling the electric company. So, if anything ever did, this spells S-C-A-M, with capital letters. :)

just received a call from this woman. Again she claims to be "Mrs. Noble" and she was calling in reference to my electric supply charges. I figured this was a scam because this was a voicemail whereas she stated I should call her back at 302-440-3707.  Scam

Same exact voicemail one hour ago.  Mrs. Noble, electric company, call back 302-440-3707, with a reference number: E0051140.

This is a definite robo call.  We will not call back.  I used Google to get all of this info.  We do not know a Mrs. Noble and the reference number she gave me is totally erroneous.

Supply charges are approved by the Public Service Commission for various regional area, NOT on an individual account!  This spells SCAM big time

Just got the same call about an hour ago.  Funny that she wanted a copy of my statement.  If she was from the electric company wouldn't she have my statement already?

Out of curiosity, I called the 302 number    Life Energy was the company.   Trying to sell electric at a discounted rate
