This man bill walker called me and threatened me from 13024440302 and 13178007400

This man bill walker threatned me saying i owe money or in serious trouble

Left a garbled as hell message saying they are retrieval mediation and if I do not call back they will advise their clients to take legal action. This is a scam. They have also been calling people on phone number 8059473329. What legit company would have drastically different numbers? NONE. Scams. Don't be scared by these illegal bullies. Never give money over the phone and never verify info over the phone. These people are scary but they are fakes and have no real power unless you let them steal from you.

I say hello, then there is nothing.  After about 10 seconds, like line disconnects.

This number calls 2-4 times a day, left  a voicemail once. Claiming They are a final review department; attempting to get a hold of me to get my statement. They advised if I didn't call back and provide my statement they will tell their client their recommendation.

A Pam Goodman called me on June 6th at 5:00pm and to call her back ASAP on June 7th I spoke to her twice and she claims I owe someone threw Titan llc money done over the internet and that it is up  for legal matters. I explained to her I did not take a loan out in April of 2012 . She still say's she is going to send to my job and garnish my wages or go to my bank and get from them. She could not give me any info on the amount before all fees added and would settle for half. Could not give me info I was seeking so is this a scam. Has any one else had a call like this. I say a scam.

got a call yesterday, same thing, I blocked the number

Their phone call is somehow getting through my "do not  disturb" on my phone they keep walking me up while I'm trying to sleep.

I am in the same situation with the same issue with the same so called Titan company...i've never heard of them. I ignore there calls now after speaking with them twice. They are very annoying.

Hi, I have been getting calls from this number everyday for the last month. These ppl, like many others are out to use scare tactics to get people to give them money. You don't need to be afraid of them. I work for a bank and I work closely with our fraud department. I also have spent the last year trying to rebuild my credit, so this comes with the territory. Can happen to anyone really but they target certain groups of people. I love pissing them off with knowledge. Do your research before you give anyone your info and also make sure you let them know that you're armed with knowledge. Watch how upset and unprofessional they get!

302 444 0302 continues to call and leave threating messages.

I have been getting calls from 302-444-0302. I answered a few times previously and no one answered. I answered again this morning and finally spoke with someone name Pam. She verified the last 4 digits of my Social security  number and my email address before she told me I had an outstanding payday loan of $1200 that I took out in 2012. When I told her I don't know what she was talking about and that my identity was stolen because I have never in my life taken out a pay day loan, she got real nasty with me and told me she was filing papers with the court. She then said, that because of my attitude, she was just going to go ahead and file papers with the court And then hung up on me.  Lol. What company does that. I did some research and discovered that this company is a scam originally out of ATL and are now in Delaware. The FTC is aware of this company. But I thought it would be fun to call back and ask them some questions. First I got Tyler, who transferred me to a different department that no one picks up at. I called back again and asked to be transferred back to Pam, because that's how she greeted me as Pam, and asked her how did she get my information, and told her that she stole my information and that I was filing a report on her for identity theft. She then transferred me to another "department ".  I called back and got Heather, just Heather. Its funny because when they answer, they don't say who they are representing and I always without question somehow speak to Pam, whom I'm assuming is Pam Goodman from the previous posts. Its funny how when you call and harass them,  they don't even want the money anymore, they just want to get you off the phone. The only ammunition they have is threatening to "file papers with the courts" but don't give you the legal disclaimer or any information on their company. Retrieval Mediation is a scam. The part I love is we never even made it to talking repayment or settlement because I was already on to her [***] when she couldn't tell me where the debt was from.

this is a first time this number calls me but i have been receiving lots of calls from wired numbers dont answer none of these calls because ive been scamed before in the past , they leave messages saying i should call my layer and theres a file against my name and ssi# !! i have fall for this bs, nut not anymore how do u get rid of them???

I have been receiving phone calls from these m______ f______ for almost a year now.  The threatening message is always the same.  The first call was from a Melissa Woods (Sounded like she was African/American).  She told me I owed over $1,000 to a Credit Union and also ROC.com from internet.  I've never heard of either one.  The last month or so I've been getting a call from a Helen S., she also leaves threatening messages saying if I don't respond to her calls she will contact my work place and have my wages garnished for the amount she claims I owe.  I have notified my Township Police Department, and The County Fraud Department, and told them what was going on.  They have the numbers I've been getting the calls from also the names of the callers.  They told me they CANNOT ask for money payment over the phone like they are trying to do.  I've talked to several people about these phone calls, so people are well aware of them.  If I don't know the number or location of the call I DON'T/WON'T answer them.   THESE CALLS ARE ALL NOTHING BUT SCAMS.   People beware.

same garbage calls.  so tired of these.   I guess i need to move to the mountains and live like a hermit in order to be at peace.   these are so stressful
