i received a call stating td bank was going to charge me with ACH fraud due to me not paying a loan which I filed in my bankruptcy I called the bank they didn't know what I was talking about they are fake

Received a call from this number 302-444-0302.  Don't know what they want , but I have Blocked them on my cell phone !! They are scam [***] !!

I received a call from this number 302-444-0302 claiming I my check was about to be garnished because of a loan I took out in 2011.  I had no loans. This person is working from his home and is a scam!

This guy called sounded like he was chewing on food and was talking garbled into the phone about some payday loan over 5 years ago. First he asked for another name, then I said you have the wrong number then he called out my name. I said what is the name of the payday loan, he  is talking about he doesn't have that info. Well if you trying to collect then you should know the name. Said I owe $1260 and they would settle on $700, $350 in November and $350 in December, but he have to get approval. I hung up! SCAM

I'm getting the same calls about some random payday loan, I've never taken out a payday loan in my life. I hung up and since they call me twice a day every day. They need to go away. I'm going to have to file a complaint I guess.

I received a call today on 11/15/16 @430pm From a man named Donnie and when i asked what was this pertaining to he transferred me to 3 ppl then i talked to Melissa..They told me my mom took out a payday loan through a bank in my sister name 6yrs ago (2010) and i was making payments up to the end of 2013 remind you my mom has been deceased since the beginning of 2013 Now there threatening me with charges any body else right now has this going on

Yeah this is a total scam. Called them back and asked who they represented, they didn't give me any info. Instead they got rude and said they would ask the questions. They asked for someone with the same last name but different first same. When I told them they had the wrong number they hung up.

The same idiots looking for someone I've never even heard of again on my home phone. Only from a different number. They can't even tell me my name, but started with the same threatening crap. I hit my big red BLOCK NOW button on my CPR V5000 it hung up on them and blocked the number. I guarantee that I can block more numbers than they can call from. Since I don't know anyone from that area code I just blocked the whole area code in my CPR V5000 instead of just the number. These type of people are scammers. If anyone who owes these paid loan places has had your phone number in the past. I've had this number for 11 years, so if someone in the past owed them money it's past the legal time it can be collected after 10 years the credit bureaus won't list it. So basically these people are idiots. Where I live the ADA won't do anything because they see it as usery and the police won't do anything either. Just think about this for a second! Someone from an outside state is threatening you with legal action? Maybe if you owed them alot of money. What they seem to be collecting for is a joke and more of a scam to get you to pay to stop their harassment. Especially calling me multiple times looking for someone I've never even heard of... Loser scammers!
