Received several calls saying it was Frank Thompson and that my name an SSN was listed with their office NARD for pre legal treatment by their client. I don't have any outstanding debts.

Seems they've changed the scam a bit: I received a voicemail stating they had a "pre-legal" claim against "your name and your Social Security number" but they never did say my name or my Social Security number. If wanted to stop the proceedings, I could have my attorney call 888 734-1223 and give them "the information."

It was an incredibly obvious, extremely lame cold call designed to scare people into giving them information they clearly don't have. I sincerely hope no one believes these idiots, and that they're caught quickly. Morons wasting decent people's time and minutes.

Scam caller about some documents, says his name is David James and he has documents. Even left a call back number whihc is also listed under scam numbers.  I am signing up both of them for all of the telemarketing calls I can:-)

Trying to severe legal paperwork. It a scam. So I keep calling them back but they won't answer the phone.

I just now received a call, I let it go to voice mail. Message said they were trying to contact me regarding a report under my ss#, funny they would know anything about my ss#, yet never use my name. Then I found this sight!

Definitely a scammer that goes by the name David James. He is phishing for Ss #

?   They asked for me by name.  Scary stuff right there.   ?  Your phone number they dialed had your name cross referenced to it .. Nothing scary about that. It's called a reverse phone number search. Google .. REVERSE PHONE NUMBER OR Google----- TruePeopleSearch(dot)(com)
