I despise these kind of calls.  Recorded message said, "due to the sensitive nature of this call, I will not give you my name . . . "  At this point I hung up.  Are they kidding?  It could be porn for all I know.

What's the ad for College America doing in the middle of this comment section on telemarketers?  I'll take this opportunity to tell anyone who doesn't know, College America is a rip-off of enormous magnitude.  For grins I
checked their website about a "degree" in graphic design.  15-20 month program, tuition $42,500.  Are you
kidding me????  Graduation rate was about 50% and employment after graduation was less than 50%.  Who in their right mind would go to these schools?

Pointer, If you have the latest software on the iPhone (iOS 7) you can now go into the info on a call and block it. Just hit the info button on the number in your recent call log then scroll to the bottom and hit 'block this number'

got a call and actually left message on cell phone. listened to first 5 seconds of message and it was about lowering my home loan interest rate. dont have a home loan as i own my home free and clear.

Triedd to call back and got fax machine

Rec call did not answer when I called back the line was busy.  Filed complaint with FCC.

I saw this # calling me. Said it was from Wilmington Delaware and i decided not to answer. I searched the number on this site and decided to call back twice just to see what happened and it was busy both times. Definitely spam of some sort.

Call from this number offering mortgage restructuring.  I pressed 2 to be removed from their list and also 'blocked' the caller on my iPhone, since they called that number.

Also filed complaint with FCC do not call center, since I am listed on the registry.

Shows up on Caller ID, I don't answer. All these unsolicited calls are killing my small homebased business, I can no longer answer my business nor personal lines- my business is based upon promptly returning prospective customers' calls, if they choose not to leave a voice mail they move on to the competition. The DO NOT CALL REGISTRY is of no help whatsoever, I've been listed with them since it's inception and not only have calls not ceased but they have increased  100 fold and continue to increase. My sense is that Google is the problem, Google is selling our information to these organizaitons who are calling. We need to go after Google, I'm thinking about starting a Class Action Suit- they are hurting my business and have created a situation in which I can no longer receive messages from medical personnel (doctor's office) because of HIPPA Laws and the Privacy Act.  If I'm not here to take their call and they are closed by the time I can return their call I miss out on the opportunity for medical help I'm requesting.  THE FCC isn't goint to help us, the law does not protect us: For instance, if we provide information to Google when signing up for Chrome, they can sell anything they want to sell because we have supplied them with the information.

Called today, no voicemail.

The was a pre-recorded message on my answering machine from this number, something about a mortgage . . . I erased it about halfway through listening.  

I discovered a call from this number on my caller ID today, no message.  I searched to see who it was. Found all your notes and references to CTrust Corporation, CT Advantage.  Checked them out online at the link provided by another poster and am very pleased they called.  I actually need to find and connect with a solid company to incorporate my business as an LLC.  I had only one firm's name so far.  Now CT Advantage is on my list of firms to contact and check out too. Very timely!  

Likely this was some robocalling scammer who used CT Advantage's number to route their call through.  I can't see what C Trust Corp would have to gain by robocalling random homes.  They are a law office that offers services for businesses wanting to incorporate or services to support corporate governance.
