- BeanGetting calls from these people who claim to be debt collectors or on my father calling them and raising hell that they want information on my student loans. This started right after I went through a mandatory student loan exit session at Penn State. For the record, my student loans are both paid 2 months in advance. They hung up on him after he refused to give them my social security number. I suspect PSU has a leak or more likely, is selling information.

BBB page listing them as an accredited business with 1 complaint and 1 negative review: http://www.bbb.org/denver/business-reviews/co ... ver-co-90170519
Note that it also lists a different address than the one on their contact page.
Fresh View solutions does not seem to be on the Colorado AG’s list of collection agencies: http://www.coloradoattorneygeneral.gov/sites/ ... b/CabReport.pdf
Bizapedia lists them as an Ohio corporation: http://www.bizapedia.com/oh/FRESH-VIEW-SOLUTIONS.html
They also seem to be located in Kansas: http://www.zoominfo.com/s/#!search/profile/co ... argetid=profile
Looks like one of the criminals at this organization has a LinkedIn page: https://www.linkedin.com/pub/matt-bailiff/36/93/805
Federal law (FDCPA) requires them to send you a letter (US MAIL ONLY) within 5 days of their first contact that contains their name, physical address, the creditor’s name, and the amount of the alleged debt. It also must contains “mini-Miranda” telling you that it is an attempt to collect a debt and that all information will be used for those purposes. The one other important thing that this letter must also have in it is that you have a right to dispute the debt within 30 days receipt of the letter and if you do so, all collection activity must be stopped until the debt is verified.
Read up on your rights here, get template letters to send and also make a complaint at this government site: http://www.consumerfinance.gov/
Also file a complaint with your State Attorney General's office.

They're calling about collecting debt. But I don't have any debt, I'm a 15 year old girl. How could I have any debt. I called back and nothing . They always leave voice mails and it's super irritating .

- R2D2Zombie Debt Scammer. Many complaints for unlawful conduct. Do Not call them Back!
Left message on answering machine claiming to be Fresh View Solutions [ was Square Two Financial & Collect America] who specializes in old “zombie” debt.
They call using various numbers which are probably all fake. So you can not block their illegal phone calls. Legitimate debt collection companies contact you in writing since that’s the law.- Caller: Fresh View Solutions

- TBGetting a call form 215-309-4264. when I call back, it is a 'company' called Fresh View Solutions.
This 'company' is headquartered in Colorado....why am I getting calls from an area code in Pennsylvania?
Also, they are harassing my family, friends, even my minor children, to try to contact me, for what reason, I don't know.
Spoke with a 'woman' at the number, who told me that she was going to put me on with my 'collection officer'. Conveniently, this person was not available. When I asked why they are harrassing everyone I know, including my children, she said that they use 'public records". Somehow, this seems like it is illegal, but, on further investigation, I have found it is not. So much for privacy laws.- Caller: Fresh View Solutions

- The DoctorCalled me this evening a little after 6 PM EDT. They used a local number - 410-525-5405 - which is odd for a company in Denver CO. Their website said to refer to a letter that I should have received from, but I haven't received anything form them and have no idea what so-called debt they're trying to collect. If I ever do receive a letter from them and it doesn't state exactly what debt they think I owe them, it's going directly to my lawyer with instructions to sue the A$$ off them!!! Just another annoying scammer with nothing better to do. BTW, I *67'd the number back and they identified themselves as Freshview Solutions. Exactly what "solution" are they proposing?
