Spam message, received same call from 918 735 1265.  Interesting thing is I didn't press 1 and just let the call continue, it never hung on me.  I left the timer go till 30 minutes ran out.  Fishing for cardholder info.

calls several times a day, I don't answer & they don't leave a freaking message

Called my personal cell.  I answered but didn't say anything and the line disconnected with no response so I tried to call the nbr back and got a recording saying the call cannot be completed as dialed.

got a call from an automated system saying there was nothing wrong with my capitol one call but to press one for info on lowering my APR. I stupidly pressed 1 and there was a thick-accented, cheerful man on the phone. He tried to confirm a credit card number that I didn't have, pressed me to know which card had the biggest balance. I couldn't get a straight answer from him on what card he was talking about. I asked to speak to his manager thinking that perhaps someone stole my identity and had a card out in my name that I wasn't aware of. When I pressed him to give me his supervisor he started swearing at me. The last think he said was to "go to hell". My heart was pounding like a rabbit. Bad Karma on your head for being so mean and trying to do something dishonest! jerk:(

Answered because we have lots of relatives in that area code.  Heard nothing, then a beep, then it disconnected.  Now I read all these posts and know it's not one of my relatives, unless one of my relatives has gone into the tele-trash business!

Just got a call from this number answered it not knowing if it were someone legitimate trying to get a hold of me, no one was on the other end...

I rec'd a call from this number on my cell.  If there is no name, or I don't recognize the number I don't answer.  Did not leave voicemail.  I came to this site to check for complaints, which I found.  I immediately blocked this caller.

I got a call from this number.  I did not answer it.  I called the number back.  It was busy.  

Got a call today offering to lower my interest rate from this number. Didn't mention the credit card company so I knew it was a scam. Tried to call back, it was a busy signal.

These telemaggoter operations are known to use automatic dialing software. This allows them to dial numbers without the need of a list. Changing your number may not solve the issue of unwanted calls. For example I have been issued phone numbers and ended up receiving calls from debt collectors seeking people I never hear of. You might want to consider a call blocking app.

"This is your credit card company; you may be eligible for a lower rate.  Press 1."

Got a call no msg and I don't answer unrecognized numbers! The season for scammers! Got a few some on medical, car loans, timeshares, just a few. Wish these scum buckets get aids or cancer maybe they leave honest hard working folks alone!

Received a call this afternoon from the automated (and infamous) Rachel at Cardmember Services scam to my cell phone.

file complaints it is the only way to stop them from breaking the law.

Called me on my work cell phone.  I did not pick up.  They left no message.

Called to my private cellphone number.  No one spoke when call was answered; no message left, either.  I know no one living in or based in West Virginia where caller's exchange is listed.

Just got call from this number. No one responded when I answered. Only answered as it came up with a state where I have family. Won't make that mistake again!
