305-209-9901

Just got a call from the same number as everyone else here, saw what you guys wrote and sent them a text saying "to leave me the **** alone"

Received 5 calls all hang-ups. SCAM and annoying

Received a one ring and hang up from this number. Florida number.

Mr kelly is right about 305 209-9901 being Creative Solutions Marketing (Reward Redemptions). I don't know how he found the old address but I wish I had a current address for these scammers. The next time I was in the Miami area, I'd pay them a little visit. Their pre-recorded message says that they are calling in response to a website that I visited in the last six months. In person, they claim that they are not robo-calling, but following up with folks that have done business in the last six months to a year with one of their many affiliates, either over the internet or in-store. Hmmm. Their excuses (and noses) grow a little bit more with every attempt that they make to explain how "legitimate" they are. I have my son's phone in my car.  He's been confined for over a year and has definitely not made any in-store purchases nor visited any websites, and he gets calls from these scammers? The only "affiliate" that would possibly be associated with his number would be his provider, Sprint Nextel. If Sprint Nextel is providing Creative Solutions Marketing with a list of their customer's mobile phone numbers, then they should be ashamed and really ought not be dealing with such an irreputable company. If Sprint Nextel is not selling their customer mobile phone lists, then these guys are just out-and-out robocalling with complete disregard to any "Do Not Call" lists. The authorities should be doing something about this but, in their absence, perhaps we can enlist the help of someone in the Miami area?

Another possible affiliate is CareerBuilder.com. I've frequently heard that mobile numbers are obtained from resume posting services, as these sites sell lists of their customer's mobile phone numbers (which they say they have a right to do through sign-up agreements that their customers click through when creating an account). I'm going to call them:  CareerBuilder Customer Service: (866) 438-1485.  My question will be if they have these sign-up agreements and do they sell their customer lists to Creative Solutions Marketing? And do they know (or care) that this outfit is calling their customers even years after they've opened accounts?

Here is what CareerBuilder.com says in their privacy agreement:

"Other than instances where users opt to publicly post their Personal Information to our resume database, provide it via a job application, include it in a job posting or otherwise provide permission to share it, we do not sell our users' Personal Information to anyone for any reason."

Oh, yeah? Other than those instances? So, in other words, you DO sell your user's Personal Information!

Just got call from this number.  Did not answer.

Just got a call from this number. It didn't even ring, just a notification of a missed call and no voicemail.

Don't answer. Waste of your time-scammo.

Same thing just happened to me like someone was checking on phone numbers to see if they were active

Got a call from this number too, during the day though.. Didn't answer it and they did not leave any message. I will heed your advice and assume its a scammer.

Just got a call from this number but they hung up after a second.....I looked up the area code and it says that it's from Miami FL.  I'm just here in St. Augustine, FL getting tired of all these fake phone calls!

My 7 year old daughter got a call from 305-209-9901 at 1:20pm on her number.  They must indiscriminately dial numbers.  Reporting to Do Not Call Dot Gov.

Thanks for this info! I just got a call/hang up. I will report them if they continue to call. ggrrrrrrr

Called me 10:03 this morning. Supposedly comes from North Miami. No idea...

Completely honestly, the best thing to do anytime someone offers you money but requires a credit card number or to wire the money through services like Western Union, remember that it is ALWAYS a scam. If you call the Attorney General's Office in your state, you will get responses like this. Unfortunately, there are so many of these scammers out there that they are hard to get until tons of people get hurt by them. MONEY IS NEVER FREE. IF IT IS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE, IT ISN'T TRUE!
