Has anyone downloaded texting apps before they started getting messages about cruises from 5150 ?

I was suspicious upon seeing the phone number, 1-800-615-3952, in my call display.

When answering the telephone there was an announcement which basically said, "Thanks for being a Visa or Master Card customer.  Based on your payment history you are entitled to a card with 0%.  Please press "one" to speak to an agent."  At no time was my name mentioned or the name of their business.  This is definitely a scam.  I never press any buttons when getting an unsolicited call, because crooks can sometimes make long distance calls which are then charged to the people who answers these calls.
