RECEIVED A CALL FROM THIS # at 10:56PM. SATURDAY MARCH 6TH.JUST A HANG UP AS USUAL.  TOO BAD THESE JERKS CAN'T BE CAUGHT AND SENT TO JAIL.

for strange calls my answering machine answers
and says "a service fee is charged for my time and
use of this line press 9 to accept the charges or
hang up now".

called 3 times today o8-mar-2009 I don't answer these calls but the same number shows up un caller id everytime so today I tried to reverse the call and got a recording telling me the number was not in service or it moved to another area code the number is in the whyoming area code and I live in erie pennsylvania why would they call me 3 times on a sunday morning noon and night I wish it would stop

I HAVE RECEIVED 20 CALLS A DAY AT MY BUSINESS PHONE FROM THIS NUMBER.  THEY WONT LEAVE A MSG.  THEY JUST INSIST ON TALKING TO THE OWNER.   REALLY ANNOYING

Yeah I live in wyoming and I can tell you this was total [***] I am on a no calling list, but now i have to call everyone back individually and request to be taken off their list.... ummm how the hell did I get on there in the first place? haha

I keep getting calls from this number.  They just started last week, but they will call back to back and at least 3 times per day.  I tried calling back, but it says the number is no good.  I came on this site and saw the 877 number, so I tried it.  That number is no good either.
Someone out there must have some idea how these people can call us from a certain number, yet when we return the call it says the number is no good.
So I called the AT&T operation and explained the situation.  Without me even giving her the number, she said that it was a 'telemarketer' calling from an 'outgoing calls only' phone.  I said "well isn't that illegal seeing that I..." she interrrupted with "NO".  So I continued, "well, I'm on the do not call registry/list so, it IS illegal". She then told me that I needed to contact my telephone carrier and advise the "annoyance" dept of what is going on.
That is what I am going to do when I get off work tonight.

I just wish I knew who they are, as I own a business and they call CONSTANTLY!YOu can't even understand half of their representatives, with the thick accents!

They called, they hung up.  I plan on blocking on unknown numbers.

Well crap... I got my first call from this number today... and they asked for me by name...

All of my numbers are on the DO NOT CALL list (which is a load of horse crap in my opinion)...

Looks like I can look forward to several more calls from these idiots.

call from "Casper Wyoming." Caller identified himself as Ivan Smith with Total Merchant Services offering credit card processing services. it too several requests before he would provide his phone number as 303-931-5053 and claimed he was calling from Colorado. He refused to provide his operator ID or extension, claiming that he was in an outbound only call center. he also refused to provide a street address as required by law. He claimed he was not authorized to do so. he also refused to get a manager or supervisor on the phone and hung up. Very unprofessional. Not to mention they are placing calls to numbres on the national do not call list...

no message / hang up again.

This is kust absolutely unbelievable,I just ran a search on the number,brcause I was sure I was the only one,getting these calls and after seeing this list,I cunted the calls on my cellphone,and I am showing 21 calls made kust to my cellphone alone and I'd bet my life,they've called the house phone at least 10 times nd the same for each parent's cellphone.But the very strange thing is that when they call,they always ask for one of us by name and when they don't get the peson,they want,they seem to get angry.And we all agree,that we all get the same female,has to be American or a very good faker of accents.We're in South Carolina and have a co-op telephone company,that we are going to contact to see if this is a problem,nywhere else.

constant calls and hangups

I answered and an individual with a heavy Eastern Indian accent said I was choosen as a ramdom family in Arizona to recieve a vacation package and rattled off several locations. I interupted her and asked how she got my phone number and she said I was on a list from a "resort" prospective. She had my full name, address so I asked her to put it in the mail. She immediatly wanted my email address to get it to me quicker; I refused and said I would only review it if it came to me in the mail.Then I explained to them that their English needed to be brushed up on and that if they F****ed with me again I would hunt them down and (click)

I got a call today from the number listed below.  The guy had a very heavy Indian accent and would not shut up!  He wanted to change my long distance plan and I said no and he just kept talking.  I asked for a phone number to return his call and was told that it was only an outgoing line.  I asked him to look up my long distance usage and he said he did not have access to that...but he knew it would save me money..funny if you do not know what I am using how could he know that?!  I called AT&T and was told that it was not them calling.  I see MANY reports about this number and am wondering after so many reports why these people are still calling so many folks.  What good is filing a complaint if nothing is done?

i live in singapore and i got a call from +1001 so i dont know why he would want to call me. something very fishy is going on here.

Get one or two per week, and am getting tired of it.  Have filed a complaint with FCC, but they seem to indicate that other than eventually following up on it, there is nothing they can do about a violation of the Do Not Call list

I receive several of these types of calls on my cell phone almost daily. i have started to save the numbers on my cell with the name IGNORE so that evey time they call i hit the ignore button. Eventually, they stop calling.
