check out the 20/20 investigation on the BBB. The BBB doesn't care about anything but money. Also if you look at the info on the company that skip is talking about is a completely different company. the website you linked is the ONLY ORIGINAL website for FFS.

Franklin Financial Solutions- called me 6 times within the same hour and I tried to call the number back to see who was calling me so much from the same number and the call would not go through, the automated service said that number that I called was not available or no longer in service. So I finally answered the call when they called right back in less than 3 minutes and they pitched their sales pitch to me, and told me that I was going to listen to a short recording and after that the director would be on the line with me and if I had any questions to ask the director. He asked if I had any questions and my question was how much did everything cost? He said $495 I told them that that was too much it is holiday time and it's wrong timing for me, and so he came up with the next price which was $195 telling me that he (Benny Montgomery-Director) would work with me. Everytime that I asked him for the website he would tell me how I don't need to worry about going to a website when I can just deal with him directly and that he could get me my own website instead of going to someone else's website, needless to say I told him that I will give him a call being that this is the holiday season and I'm not spending that much money right now! I also asked him if he could take my name off of their list because too many called me within the same hour from that number and he tells me that he's going to do that right now but if someone sneaks past that then to just tell them that I already spoke with him. Less than 10 minutes later someone calls me from that same number and tell me that they are calling me from eBay and if I am still looking to make some money doing a home based business. I'm glad to have done my web research on Google being that he never gave me a website and did not give them any of my money.

Franklin Financial Solutions- Number 702-924-2253 are looking for people to work out of the ATL, Georgia area or global as they would put it. If it sounds too good to be true then guess what it is. People never second guess yourself no matter how stressed out you are or desperate for making easy money you all have a family to feed or bills to take care of so do not give any company your last because in the long run you will lose out. I've been down that road plenty of times and would not want to read, hear nor see anyone else go through it as well because those companies do not care about you, your bills, or your family. What they care about is your money and how it can make them more money. Be careful!

(I have researched and found) the Do Not Call Registry- this is to keep solicitors & telemarketers from calling your home phone and cell phone numbers. However I do not know how long it will take to start working once you become registered. That is a question that you will have to ask the person through the phone number which I will provide below. Do remember that if you move or receive a new cell ph or house number that you will need to re-register your numbers all over again, and if your phone bills are disconnected and you get your bills paid current again that you will have to re-register again as well. You say Franklin Financial and Franklin Financial Solutions are not related !  Then why are some of the Phone numbers used by both companies the same. I have received numerous Phone calls from the same people who are posting on this site.

thanks for sharing this info.  i've filed a cliff notes, cliff notes version of my situation with them and will be calling them back to see how to give them my full length version of my events to them shortly.

I found out that if you feel you have been scammed by anyone, that you should file a report with your local police department.  That way it will be on permanent record and they may be able to find other cases to add to yours.  And if you gave any personal info out to call your credit report companies (Experian, Equifax, TransUnion--you only need to call one to get flag put on all 3 reports in 24 hours....talk to a real person and not the automative system if you can) and make sure you tell them that you want RED FLAGS to be put on all your reports.  They can tell you when the last time you had any activity on your reports during that call.  

If enough of us report this, the higher the priority this will be to the FBI (or so the agent i talked to told me).  Good luck to us all!

Thank you for your letter, it was inspiring and I would like to discuss this subject a length with you, just got involved with them and decided to give them a shot! So far it's been what they said it would be...No bumps in the road and nobody swearing at me or calling at all hours of the night!! Does this have a chance of going somewhere or should I just start filling out the forms against them? Maybe these people just gave up too soon and wouldn't put the time in to get the job done, it does take a huge commitment and hours of finger and mind draining work, reading, sleeping, phone calls, someone to bring you coffee, and a jacuzzi to jump into when thing are too rough...sounds wonderful to me!! I like what I'm doing since I met them...is it lagit??? Please respond! I would love to hear your ideas on this!

I received the call.  When I told the representative that I would check out the company and let him know later if I was interested, he got beligerent, loud and irate.

my family too has been contacted by these scam artists! Only the number that came up on the caller id was 702-879-9330.  when i googled this phone number the first thing that came up was SCAM.  The man at the other end was very rude and claimed to be someone from HUD.  He wasnt even asking for me, he wanted my elderly mother in law. When i told him there was no one by that name at this # he got very rude with me and said since i was such a lier that he didnt care he would take my mothers name off the waiting list.  trying to make me believe that he was from a government angency. This call was made to my home on Dec. 10th around 2pm.  After i thought long and hard about it i realized no government angency would ever call on a Saturday let alone make a call to someone on a HUD waiting list.  Today is Dec 12th and he called back again tonight. Instead of argueing with him i just handed the phone to my mother. He got rude with her and insisted that he had talked to her on an earlier occation and said she was recorded.  The calls are getting a little scary and i have no idea how to stop them. Really i would rather sue the dude for harrassment but the problem is every time i call that las vegas # it says the person at this number is not available and i have to leave a message in the mailbox then it says the mailbox is full and an error has occured.  What should i do?

Got a call few days ago from franklin financials solutions, a woman called saying  she saw that i was looking for a job and if am interested in working for the company, so i ask  what  her name was , she  replied am not supposed to tell my name but it is opia , in my mind i was thinking thats strange. but i play  along with her little game. i ask her a few questions about the different packages and  how much money i have to come up with to join. she did not know anything, told me to  listen to some recording and then talk to her superviser not one of them  could provide me with any solid information on how  to get started they just want my credit card information and i refused to let them have any info on me, i told her to send me an employment  package and i will send her a check. for any one that is reading this  please do not give out any information without anything in writing.

Wow, these people called me too.  Said they were a credit card service business and I could make my living by selling these services to local businesses.  They asked for $295 but I told them that I never give my money away to someone who merely calls on the phone.  I told them I had to verify their business and if they were on the up and up I would call back.  They did give me a number to call back but it is an 800 number.  Of course during my verification I found all of this from you good people.  I am flooded with calls from this to people claiming I have won $2  to $10 million dollars and all they need is some kind of fee which is usually $400-$500  and they will deliver my money.  Sure!!!  It is frustrating and I am so tired of it.  I don't know how people can live with themselves doing such things to others.

Do you really think the police department will take a report like this one?  I don't think so.  This is the best way to stop it.  People identifying these scams via the internet.  This also warns all of us other victims out there.

Just wanted to take a mnute and express my opinions on this company. I am in recovery here in Phoenix and have lots of accuaintances who work in this biz opps as well as credit card processing industry. What I am reading here makes me sick to my stomach. Some of these individuals have a hard time trying to get a job due to thier past criminal history and companies like this hire them to work and lead them to believe that they are selling an honest product. Most of them are just trying to pay the rent for thier halfway houses. I have been gathering as much information as possible because a friend of mine has been wanting me to get involved in starting one of these businesses here in Phoenix. I have heard that lots of these biz opps companies process credit cards through Franklyn Financial because no other company will offer processing here in the states and most of these companies (smaller ones) go through Franklyn. They sell opportunites that do not exist, they build web sites that costs $$$ money that a person could do on thier own. They offer leads that an accuantance of mine processes out of his million dollar house in Cave Creek. These are people that I am supposed to look up to that are doing this. What a joke.

While I had a zillion calls that I didn't take from Jackson WY, I did take a call from Phoenix AZ number  623-321-4527 after numerous calls from that number also.   I fell for it - the 'mktg director' that I spoke with knew all the right answers when I questioned everything  Even gave his 'personal cell #', which I called while we were on the other line.... Reluctantly gave my cc info....boom!  charge hits within an hour but no confirmation email as promised.  When called back on his cell -  ha!  No answer of course.  Sent txt msg advising better receive confirmation email by next am or reporting this as a SCAM  Got a txt msg back saying 'ok' but didn't get it as expected.  So called and said I wanted to cx.  At same time, called my cc and did dispute by phone.  Waited 2 days after discussing cancellation and they actually did refund my $.   Surprised, indeed.  Then got a call today from 'my coach', who wants to discuss further even after realizing that I have cancelled.  Says they are accredited by BBB, in biz for 18 years as partner with Visa & Mastercard, etc.    I must admit still somewhat intriguing.....maybe I will take his call next week and just see what line he provides......but won't give out cc info again and have this merchant blocked by my cc company.

Actually just waiting to see if Miss Lady would reply...figured she's probably a FFS employee!!!   My quest now is to see just how far they will go to get me back  (see posting of 12/20 explaining story)  Dr. Colin Richardson is supposed to call me after Christmas to ensure me that this is not a scam and explain how he makes 18-22K a month in just residual income   Wonder why he's working at all with that much easy money!

Absolutely!  It goes on permanent record.  If there are enough people who report this to their local police department then they can turn it over the the FBI for them to look into and check out since police departments can only look into matters within their ownstates.  If it doesn't get reported, then how does anyone know what to do to protect themselves from being futher victimized by these scammers?  The police aren't stupid, they won't be able to stop every scam, but they can at least give you advice on what to do to protect yourself from further damage from the scams.

What i've mentioned in my posts is what my attorney, the FBI agent and the police officer i've spoken with has told me to do.
