It sounds like maybe he is in California now?  I keep getting calls from 831-645-4715 calling themselves Franklin Financial.  They are rude, I tell them to take me off their list each time, but got two calls today I talked with people and the last one just hung up on me when I asked to be taken off their list.  I know it is illegal to not be taken off their list when you ask, but how do you enforce this?

been inundated with calls from 307-298-0247 and others, never leave a message...........i have no idea how they got my cell number

Tried to get me involved with "VISA MASTERCARD" business opportunity - NOT involved with the internet - wanted info on if I used AMEX.  Asked for their number that I would return the call as I had a call coming in (I didn't).  Tried calling back and got a message that the number was not in service.

I have no Idea who they are.  Fortunately my phone allows me to black list the number so that the calls go directly to voice mail.  They never leave a message.

We are also in a dispute with FFS and our credit card company.  How was your dispute resolved and what information did you use?  We have to reply to FFS assertions by Monday so time is critical, here.

Not sure it was the same phone number but was supposed to be located in Wy. Sold me a bill of goods on a website and then when I got nothing more from them  about a week later I called customer service.. she said she would look into it as they were supposed to have some kind of group of people who were going to contact me and help me out.  Never happened.  So I waited for someone to call... Never happened..
I called customer service and got that same woman, weird.  Told her I have not heard from anyone and she said sometimes the best way to get a real jump start on that site is to invest in leads... Love that word, " Invest".  Ok so she transfered me to another woman... this one went on about how I could purchase leads the she personally managed to get from the bank.  She said at this time of the year, being Nov., many sales people get these leads and it helps them all year long. She said if I purchased these leads I would have my money back in no time at all.
How much.. she said about $3800.00.... no way I dont have that kind of money... wel maybe we can get you into a smaller batch of leads. to cut to the chase I ended up using my visa and purchasing 1800 leads for $1800.00.   It was supposed to have been $8.00 a lead but turned out to be $10.00 a lead. Didnt realize they put those on the website I told them to remove but after around a month of not hearing anything again.. I called and imagine my surprise when I got that same woman... I told her, I that webisite dropped and the money put back on my visa.. she said she would see what she could do...right.  
I contacted Visa and they did a month or two investigation where I had to fax info to them about three times and then tey told me.. we cant do anything for you since you got the website and the leads and you gave them the numbers on your card.  Thank you Visa have to love the back up there.

i got scam by these peoples I,m in the process of getting  my money back on my credit cards I,m having problems of getting my money back wells fargo said sense i sign a contract with these people i might not get my money back  the this all start on  feb 8 2012 the worse day of my life this woman call a said her name was jennifer morgan  her phone no. is 1 888 519 1223 she said she was going to transfere to  micheal sullivan  so he can tell me how buying leads work he said i would get paid a commsion check when one of these leads purchase some there products  micheal sullivan n 888-909-5701 503 like a fool  i fell for it  my mistake i didn't hang the phone up I though i had hit it right an would have to work again boy was i wrong now i stand to lose everthing i work for  a scam the other two credit cards is going to disbute these charges but wells fargo giving me trouble

i signed up with the money now funding. with the website it cost me $318.00.
i was told it wouldn't cost any more money just what i paid for the license and website.
then when my coach called she gave me a quote of $1.00 per lead. i didn't give any more money. i think i might cancel. thank you.  lorraine

lots if luck with getting your money back . tryed to stop paymet on  my Visa card . had to pay fee's to get it started . and they couldn't do any thing about it because it was all ready taken out of are account . i have called and talked to several people they make promises after one after another . the main man i have tryed to reach is John Tillman . sopposed to have his sectory call me and she will never call me back and if she does she turns things around . her name is April

I was ripped off by Franklin Financial Solutions as well. I disputed the charge but lost. I hired an attorney and lost. I was able to recover my money through a company called CR Consumer Resources and they were able to get my full investment of almost $30k back to me. I will assure you guy's your call was not from the real Franklin Financial Solutions. I am a wittness the real company does what they promise.  I have my EIN Number, Business plan, Web site, 2300 leads they are working for me. And they did all of the work. My hubby and i have spent ten thousand dollars. And the balance is about five thousand. They work in teams. And each team does different things for you.  My team is Team A. They call constanly, some calls are unexpected and some are by appointment. I am very sorry some of you got scamed. I also received calls from the number you have. I let them know they are scams. I have numbers and names of the people that work for me. And they are in New York. These people play on Franklin Financial. Some other companys called me and told me Franklin was a scam. I beg the difference. Every state has a right to use any name that is not already used in that state. This is where the confusion is coming from.

i got a call from money now funding, they told my 499.00 would not accually come out of my account.
when i called to cancell he told me to call him Monday morning, now nobody answers. I told him all I got was a disabillity check of 800.00 a month and could not afford to do anything. he took that out anyway. I told them I had Cancer and would have to have that money for medicine. I think they are a big scam. They didn,t call me from this number, but said they were from moneynowfunding.

Be sure to report them to your local police dept and FBI. Also make sure you report them to the Attorney General. I have done all that in April i got a letter from the Arizona Attorney General's office asking for my story on what happened. Here is the contact info.

The more cases they have against FFS, the better. Please spread the word and report this scam ring to the authorities

actually the police department will take your report, I've done it and the FTC has an online reporting service for complaints of these types. You have to dig but it's on their website. Additionally, the only success I've had in getting my money back was from the community economic council. they have a website and they work on donations.

Someone is calling from 307-298-0247 as well as 307-298-5001 and 719-966-0012, attempting to use my business cell phone as a modem connection for a dial-up internet company. This is one of two numbers that have been coming in. This is in violation of federal laws, interstate commerce and the rest, plus irritating, Woe befall those who have pilfered my number and selling it.
