its a SCAM they call and hang up and want you to call back when you do that somehow they are allowed to make long distance calls through your number

Did not answer, as it showed as unknown wireless caller from Wyoming. Went to voice mail, but no message left.

I had missed their phone call and called them because I though it was a work call. When I got through, I was told I had won a $100 gift card to Walmart, $40 gas card, American Express card, and a few other "rewards." I was told in order to qualify for these items, all I had to do was pay for the shipping and packing fee. Beware, this is a complete scam!!! They will ask for your name, address, and a credit card number.

This is a telemarketer that uses VoIP services from Onvoy, Inc. to avoid tracing.

Just called....two rings then done...scammers!

This # called my cell at 8:35pm while i was at work its a # from Wyoming wtf these calls are so annoying

Called my cell phone last night. Caller ID only says WY, USA and their phone number.  I didn't answer (thankfully) and I'll be sure NOT to answer any calls from area code 307 in the future after reading these posts.

Called very early in the morning.  No vm.  

Upon receiving a call from a number I do not recognize I simply do not answer.  This number calls frequently and often early in the day.

Called me and hung up.  I did not call them back, but I did block the number.  They are lunatics and thieves.
