Just got a call from this number on my cell.  Did not pick up since number unknown to me.

Called me at 8:51pm, rang twice and then hung up.  I did not call back.

These types of phone calls won't be limited to area code 307.
Just so you know....

Just so you know, I live in the 307 area code and I get these calls too. All they do is set up a VOIP account and state they, or fill in the form saying they are from Wyoming, when they could be anywhere in the US or overseas, like eastern Europe, Kenya or Bumphuck, Egypt. I get calls from all area codes and toll numbers. The Do Not Call registry is basically ineffective because it does not prosecute these people.

21 Feb. 2015 They are still at it, called @ 8 p.m. to cell, hung up. See below- don't call back. Scammers. Why can't the DO NOT CALL REGISTRY do anything about these harassers?
