FCC doesn't have the funds to go after small fry like them.  If you got bilked out of thousands of dollars, then yes they may consider it.  Most of the agents at FCC will tell you to start with your own local PD and the PD from where the call originated from.  Since they are a registered business you can report them to the Bloomington, IL police department for harassment.  You would have to check to see if Illinois or the state you reside in allow recording of calls without informing them.  Some states do not require you to obtain clearance from the party to record them.  Other states it is considered a felony if you record them.  Now if they willingly leave a message on your machine, that is a different story.  Then you have what is called implied consent.  They willingly left a voice message that is considered an implied consent.  Since they "knew" they were being recorded they left a message, so the next time you speak with them you have implied consent to record them.  Learned that from an attorney acquaintance.    ;-)

I can only imagine what this call was about. But I would like to think it was about an unknown $55,000,000 lottery check I don't know about. Unfortunately I know that is not the the case.

got robocall from 309-585-8044 caller ID said "CELL PHONE" on Thursday 10-31-13 @ 1254 PM.

I got this call almost 2 hours after getting another one from a different number with a different recording @1052 AM.

Message to lower my credit card Interest rate..........press 1. So I did and was 14th caller waiting for a Rep.
Just enough time to get ready for this SCAMMER. Guy finally came on and asked about credit cards I had balances interest rates etc, and then he wanted me to get the cards. I said "sure hold on." Did not move from my chair after about a minute I said "hello" he said "yes I am here." I then asked him I have the one card but did he want the other car also. He said " yes blah blah blah" I told him "I will go get the other card". Still did not move from my chair and waited about another minute or so. I came back on line and asked "R U there." He said Yes and then asked which card has the higher balance so I told him what Bank (fake of course). He then wanted the number.........it was time ......full blast he got my "Raunchy Cussing/Swearing YouTube Rant". Guess the SCAMMER Rep did not like all the cussing and swearing.
He hung Up after I tied him up for 8 minute and 8 seconds.

   I keep getting calls from credit card services. I asked to have my number put on their do not call list. They just hang up on me.  The number calling is 309-585-8044

The calls have absolutely nothing to do with the party and address mentioned. The number is spoofed (falsified). The actual callers are the drug-addicted "card services" scammers, who call us, pretending to be associated with our credit card companies, in an attempt to fool us into giving them our credit card numbers, so they can rip us off. People that have given these junkies their card number have suffered severe financial losses. Beware of these lowlifes, and warn others, before they are cheated!

I called the number back after a call from this number came through and they left no message. I got a recording that stated "At the subscriber's request, this phone does not accept incoming calls. Message MI83158". Lovely. I can't even call back and tell them to [***]!

Received a call from this no. at 9:24 AM today, Nov. 1st. Didn't leave message. Caller ID read: Cell Phone IL. & then the number. I never answer the phone when it's a number or name I don't recognize. If it's legitimate, they'll leave a message or call back, & I'll still have the option of answering then or not.

You have posted incorrect information.  This number does not belong to Frontier on Market Street, It is a T-Mobile cell number but that is probably not even correct either, it is more likely than not a spoofed phone number..educate yourself and read up on it.

This is a scam "Credit Card Services" telemarketing call. Belle 1960 posted incorrect information, it is not a Frontier North Inc. number.  The number actually is a T-Mobile phone number but that is probably not true either.  This company more likely than not is "spoofing" phone numbers to show on caller IDs and it not actually the number where the call is coming from!

So I called this number back because they get on my last nerve. Their message states that at the prescribers request this number does not take calls. Now if they call people why on earth wouldn't they take calls????

I do not owe any bills to anyone. I have no debt and no charge cards that I use. I shouldn't be getting these freaking calls because I'm getting very mad. I am on the Do NOT call list!!

Called me @ 12:41 PM today, no message left.  I called back @ 9:41 PM and it has this recording:  "At the subscribers request, this phone does not accept incoming calls."  Haha!  Really?  This is the first time I have received a call from this number, so if I receive another, it will be blocked!

i get this caller and several others, i keep a list of the numbers and on my sleepness nites i call them at 1 am . when they answer which some of them will i sit and mumble and mumble while they ask me who i am.
