I received 2 calls this morning. On the 2nd call I pressed 1 to speak to a live person. He asked Me what I needed and I said I wanted the calls to stop. He proceeded to call me a B*tch and said f==k you and hung up.

Frontier is a telephone company like Verizon.  Actually, they took over Verizon's phone service in West Virginia.  They are not the culprits here.  You are very incorrect to accuse them.
