2:16 pm 4-3-14 another hangup call.  Telescammers.  They'll never reach me!  Caller ID still says "California"

These jerks are still calling even though they get one ring before they are blocked.  Reading through the recent posts here it seems they change their CNAM regularly, typical ploy of a tele-scammer.

I blocked this number in January and they're STILL calling.  Stupid idiots!

I've received several calls from this number in the past couple of days. It is a spoofed number because I called it and the number comes back as not in service. I even have the  number in call blocking and the call still gets through. The number shows as Hawthorne , Ca  so I know it is a telemarketer trying to beat the system.

Apparently telling them not to call is not working. Try this and see if they stop calling your home phone (if you can't have their number blocked thru your phone company). On your cell phone download Callzapper for free. Then use it on your home phone to mimic Fax Tones or Not In Service Tones. There is even a woman speaking Chinese and a flushing toilet. I have tried it on some other companies and so far so good ...... Wait til they say hello to activate the app. You have to put your cellphone next to your home phone. Good Luck.

I received a call from this number this morning and I didn't answer as I thought it's another scam call. Just another number used by a fly by night construction outfit. The Home Center has used several different numbers in the past couple of years.

Very aggressive caller... Told me to go ahead and report him. Thousands have! All this for a walk in tub!

Re: above call , he told me that if I didn't take the offer for the "free" estimate and the 40% off the walk in tub my number would remain in the call cue for good!0

I just don't pick up anymore if the CID says a city name and state.

this [***] called 14 time in one day. Have number blocked but can see who called on computer.  Must be starving.

Picked up call from 310-349-8549.  At first no one was on the line then picked up and said "Hello, Hello?" I replied yes.  He asked for me by last name.  I hung up.

So much for the government program "Do Not Call" doing what are tax dollars pay for!

Can't pronounce my name and said they talked to me about 6 months ago regarding
home improvement. They could accomplish that goal if they would just stop calling
everyone.

this must be some kind of construction business because they asked me if my next house project would be indoor or outdoor. when i went on anywho.com, the reverse search says it's for a sandra gonzalez in hawthorne, ca. hey sandra, if you're going to do this kind of work, you might want to get your address out of the phone listings. just saying.

Telemarketer pitching home improvement/construction.  They say "we have a contractor in your area doing some work and they want to give you a free estimate."  They don't like to take NO, and I have asked to stop calling but they call anyway.  I think they pass your phone number around.

Didn't pick up. Left no message.
This # has called before.
I don't see why they can't shut them down.

Called everyday for the last two weeks.  I never pick up from this #.

These scammers are horrible. They won't leave you alone once they get your number. They call day and night with their tired old remodeling scam. Despite filing complaints with the FTC they are relentless criminals.
