I am so tired of getting phone calls from this number - I have a "recylcled" phone number that has been mine for nearly two years and I keep getting collection calls for Anthony Dunn who had this number before me. If anyone knows how to stop this (7 calls in the last 12 days!!!) please let me know! I tried calling back, but there is no answer. I am also getting annoying, repeated calls from Texas - (512) 765-9355 and from a couple others - one northern CA and one Ohio!!  I AM NOT ANTHONY DUNN!!   I am tired of getting his calls! Will you PLEASE STOP CALLING the cell number in CA for Anthony Dunn - he does not own this phone any more!!!!

Here's what I like to do...and it's actually kinda funny.  This works with anyone trying to scam like this:  When you answer the phone, simply say "Federal Bureau of Investigation, fraudulent claims department, how can I help you?"...LOL.  You shouldn't have too much trouble after that.

Called & did not leave a message. This number called 4 minutes after another number of 914-436-6232, the 914 number left a dead air message on voicemail. Looks to be same people calling but no message.

Caller id says Beverley Hills, They Keep calling sometimes multiple times a day no message left ever. Im on the DNC list.. Apparently dnc list is a big joke.

This number repeatedly calls my work number looking for a person who hasn't worked here since 2008.  I've talked to people 3 different times to get them to take the number from their rotation.  The calls persist.  The recorder says she has 24 hours to contact them blah blah but this has been going on for weeks.

Best idea Ive ever heard gonna use that one next time.

I've been getting strange calls from this# and several others. No message lately but the usual song and dance this is an attorneys office and I must respond immediatly.. My story from them is I have a returned bank item. Not so I checked with my bank and they say it's a hoax. My bank would notify my in writing if I had any overdrafts or account issues period no legal actions. I've also had these guys under different numbers looking for someone who isn't me. I don't know who they are looking for and have told them more than once to stop calling me.
My takeaway from this is  if I did have a legal issue it must be sent in writing not a phone call.
And don't give out ANY personal info to these Bozos no matter how hard your pressed ? Im just not that stupid.

Please do file reports with the FBI, your state attorney general and Department Of Justice,FTC & FCC..

All you need to do is google your name, places like spokeo - make them remove your info! The reason you need to report the calls to yourself is the help catch these criminals doing this!  Its a integral part of the problem..

They are still at it. Same as the other reports. Either a bogus debt collection or scum phishing scheme.

call your attorney general office.....file a complaint against them i guarentee they leave you alone

Third call in as many days...
If you answer the phone with more than "hello", their automated system thinks it is a voice mail and disconnects right away without leaving any message. Answering with a short greeting gets you their automated debt collection nonsense.

The DNC is a waste of time as there are too many exceptions for violating the DNC call list (charities, surveys, debt collectors, politicians...) and there are no criminal penalties for excessive violations.

We get 1 or 2 calls per day off and on for several months.  The caller ID varies from Beverley Hills, CA to unknown to HFS to a long V....number.  They never have left a message.  Now we have blocked the number on our phone, but it will still ring once each time they call.  It's a real nusiance. I think HFS is a debt collection agency. However, we are debt free and have NEVER been in debt to anyone! We are retired and would like to live in peace in our final years.

I used to pay an extra $5.00 a month to ATT to have these [***] blocked, but now with the newest upgrade to my iphone 5, I can block callers for free.  whoo hoo!  The collection agencies that have called me are ALL breaking the laws by calling before or after the allowed hours.  On the rare occasion I answer, I just get out all my frustrations and tell them off with every curse word I can think of before they hang up.

This number keeps call me at work number.

got a call from this # today they leave no msgs. they have several numbers. 213-232-9053, 623-321-2672, 224-935-9046, 713-936-9066, 512-765-9355. don't waste you time on these scammers. I don't answer #s I don't know anyways.
