this is Halsted Financial/ 262-806-0078 is another number they use.   never leave messages.  When I get calls that don't identify themselves, I say I don't talk to strangers.  Bye.

They've called me several times. I usually don't answer and have tried to call back a few times.  When I do call back it rings and rings and rings and no one ever answers.  They need to stop calling me and harassing me!

They called me 7 times from 11:30 AM to 11:34 AM.  That's right, 7 times over 4 minutes.  Each time I answered and they immediately hung up.  Tried calling them back repeatedly to give a piece of my mind and kept getting no answers.  Total [***].  All of my bad debt is currently being handled by a debt consolidation officer at my bank, and has been for the better part of 6 months now.  Firing squad is my only solution for these people.  Another on called me at 3:30 AM a few weeks ago about going back to school on federal grant money.  3:30 AM, not PM.

This number now apparently belongs to Livestream, the internet video streaming service. Got a message from that number from a "Greg at Livestream" after I had registered for a webinar.
