who is it calling?

Digital Sat. company at 9:00 pm!!!!!

Telemarketing company attempting to sign me up for an extended auto warranty for $390 down + $122 per month for 5 years!  Every time I ask for information concerning the company or ask them to remove me from their calling list they hang up! I call the number back and I get stuck on hold forever (1 hr the first time, 40 minutes the second time). From my experience THIS COMPANY IS VERY SHADY AND NO ONE SHOULD BUY THEIR PRODUCT(S)!

I keep gatting calls from them too.  I have asked them to remove my nunber for months now and no results.  So now I just answer the phone and vent about life and such.  Its great because you can call them all the names you want and be as abusive as possible and they wont hang up on you.

I got a call from 310-599-5636. They did not leave a message. When I called the number back, a message said "To speak with a representative, dial 1, to be removed form our list dial 3." I just hung up. Any legit company would not say those things in their message. Has to be a "boiler room" operation in California.

Similar experience with this number as others. They also have area codes in Ohio and Northern California. Very annoying calls about auto waranty expiration. They call themselves the "Warranty Activation Center". Spoke with someone named named "Ryan". When I asked him for details, he hung up. Calling back gets you put on hold indefinitely.

get calls all the time at work from area code 310.... but since they are automated calls, it disconnects when I say my full company greeting. Today, when I saw the # on caller ID, I just said Hello and after a few seconds a automated message came on about "last call" regarding vehicle warranty about to expire... press 2 to be removed from system, press 1 to speak with someone.. pressed 1, guy came on line asking for "year, make and model" of my vehicle. I said "you must already have that information. You called me to say my warranty is expiring. He said " that infromation is encrypted in my computer for your protection, so I need to put in that information to bring it up." I laughed at him and told him "You know what, my warranty could not possibly be expiring. I have a brand new vehicle, so you don't know what you are talking about so stop calling me." He hung up.
The next time they call, I think I'll play along with them giving them a fictious vehicle and other info since they have no idea who they are calling. Might be fun.

ALL OF YOU NEED TO TAKE ACTION GO TO NATIONAL DO NOT CALL REGISTRY.COM  AND FILE , THEN WHEN THEY CALL GO BACK TO WEBSITE AND ELECTRONICALLY FILE AGAIN. IF THEY CALL AFTER YOU FILED (31)DAYS MUST PASS, YOU CAN TAKE THEM TO SMALL CLAIMS COURT AND HAVE THE DOCUMENTATION TO BACK IT UP!!!!!

Vehicle warranty call.  In answer to a question, she said this was the Original Factory Warranty Company(!).  "We represent the automotive industry."  This was
a call to my work number at the University of Arizona, probably the 40th such call.
Fraud.

These scammers also have the number of 13105999157.
I scam to the federal trade commission.

Called on a business line. Did not leave a voice mail. Again with the "fake car warranty"?

just received a call from this number on my home phone.  I get these OFTEN and so far I've just hit "2" to be removed from their list.  I'm already on the do not call list.  This time I hit "1" to talk to a representative. When the terse woman answered she asked for make / model of my car, when I answered I said I want the name of the company, she hung up.

We were trying to contact Michelle regarding a renewal of a magazine subscription, NOT an automobile warranty.

EBSCO TeleServices DOES NOT offer/sell automobile warranties or any other type of warranties.

You will need to contact the “company” directly that is calling.

I called the ABSCO customer service number listed above and spoke with a very nice young lady. She said they are not car warranty marketers and was quite surprised to learn their company was listed on this site. I shall call my cell company and have them block this 310-599 number, which is one a mnay different numbers the caller uses.

These morons keep calling my cell phone 3-4 times a week. I have asked them twice to remove my number but they still call. When I try to call back, the number is not available. I placed my number on the Do Not Call List but I always thought cell numbers were automatically exempt from telemarketers. This is ridiculous.

They keep calling.  Press 2 to be removed and then disconnected.  Press 1 to speak to a live person.  They hang up on you.
