I'm not sure who you have for your Phone Company, or if you have a Landline Phone...I have Comcast, for my Landline Phone.  I know that with Comcast, if you dial *60 or *80, which is the "Call Screening" you can add Phone numbers to the List and once a Phone number is in the List, whenever that Phone number calls you, they'll get a Recording telling them that you are NOT accepting calls from that Number...You're allowed to have 12 Phone numbers on the List.

How do I get 310-703-5788 to stop calling?  Have filed with the "Do-Not-Call", but they persist.  Who are these people?  and how do I get them to stop once and for all?

I get a call from these people twice and sometimes three times a day, every single day. I am very sick and tired of the calls. If it is important leave a message...if not QUIT bothering me!!! This has been going on for the past 2 months. You answer and they want to put you on hold....I don't think so!! I am on the donot call registry but doesn't seem to matter they still continue on. This is all getting to be very annoying. I've never heard the name of the company, they just call, I answer hello and they say "please hold".

Said, they will connect me to the caller. I hung up immediately as I know that this is BS!

310-703-5788 is just one of the many numbers that call me, mutter something unintelligible, and hang up when I ask them to repeat what they have said. Either that, or they ask for Phillip Nelson and hang up when I tell them they have the wrong number.

I'm glad I looked up this number ,they have called me on a couple of occasions asking for someone else.   I have told them both times that they have the wrong number, and I was told the first time that they would remove our number from their list.  It is obvious that they will harass anyone by continuing to call even if it is the wrong person. From what I have read on here and other forums I believe they are collection or telemarketing and many people are saying they are conning people out of money by threatening them about debt as well.. BEWARE!  If they call again I am reporting them to the FCC.

I'm getting the same exact thing, it just happened again.  This makes 3-4 time over the last couple of weeks.  When you call it someone answers, but I just hung up on them.

Please have above phone number stop callling at work. I get about 5 or more calls.  I don't know where they are from. I know is a California number.

This is a collection agency for verizon.

It sounds like a scam. Don't give anyone like that any info. I get calls from them with no message.

This # called me & rang 10 times (voicemail is full).  They also uses these #'s:  804-234-9021 & 310-495-4334.

They keep calling. Make them stop. I never answer the phone anymore. ID says receivablesperf or something like that. Almost impossible to make out.

This is not a robocall or a telemarketer.  Its from a debt collector named Receivable Performances Management.  
If you are receiving phone calls from them chances are you owe a debt.  Your best bet is to go to annualcreditreport.com and download a free copy of your credit report.
Their name will be on there on whatever debt you owe.

They kept calling my cell phone all kinds of hours and constantly over the space of two weeks. I usually ignore numbers that are 800, those I don't know, or those with area codes I don't recognize, so I never answered. After seeing the posts on here, I decided to call back. I get an initial recording about the call wil be recorded, blah blah, and then a man answers and gives his name. He asks me what I'm calling about. I let him know that someone has constantly called my phone and I would like to know what for. He asks me what number is it. I relay my number and he says, "is this Alva Scully?" I tell him he has the wrong number, and he says "okay ma'am I will remove the number from the system," and didn't even say anything after, then the phone just disconnected. Granted, the name he was asking for is my stepfather and we live in the same house, but that is not his business. And I would love to know how they figure this number is his, as his name has NEVER been on my tmobile account, nor any other phone company I've been with.... Also, I good and well know that my stepfather has no debt as I am the one who runs the family's credit checks every year, and pays all the bills for them online every month. Nothing is unpaid or due. This Is ridiculous and these people need to be stopped.
