Its a scammer who calls from several different #s if u manage to block them. Reverse look up shows its sprint which I never had and when I answered they started saying they were trying to find me to send a process server out as someone was apparently suing me.
    1. Process servers will NEVER warn you they are looking for you and will never set up an appt to meet. This is a scammer. FCC has records of these ppl and occasionally they will leave threatening messages saying they are going to show up to my house and garnish my wages. Told them obviously they have no idea who I am. Called me by my maiden name and I've been married 6+yrs oh and I don't work. He got mad and started yelling g at me t o call a 888# and give a code to say i am this said pwroan.... NOT LEGITIMATE my family has friends in law enforcement and in the FCC and these scam calls ate nothing more than phishers. Also they call from random phone company phone numbers I.e. majic jack, sprint, and tcast communications

They have been calling me every day for 2 weeks. I finally answered today and after the "please hold we will be with your shortly" message, the lady (who I could hardly understand) said she was a collector from Dish Net and I owed 120 dollars. I told her she would have to talk to my husband, who is an attorney, and she was very disrespectful saying "you can't take your own calls? You have to have your husband talk to us?" And I said that I didn't thing it was a real legitimate call and she laughed at me and kept saying "you don't think this is a real call? You don't think this is a real call?" And I hung up.

    **Scam Alert**
This woman called from this number: 310-703-5788 and said she was a collector for my DISH account.  She said she could easily do a check by phone, credit or debit card for pmt. When I told her I was not in collections for my DISH account, she said "Is the your birthday _ _ _ and are the last 4 digits of your SS# _ _ _?"  Shocked that she knew, I asked her to verify my DISH account number and she could not.  She then said "Well...it's the account # WE have in our collection dept."  I hung up, called DISH directly and was told it most definitely WAS NOT THEM and to be aware it must have been a fraudulent call made by SCAMMER'S!!  B*E*W*A*R*E!!!

I sent a cease and desist letter, they stopped calling for a few months. These guys use different numbers to stay ahead of the law. One time it's dishtv, next time cell ph co. These punks are hoping to find 1 sucker every minute. I have reported to FCC. I now answer and put phone at music speaker, makes me feel better.

If you can, you should answer and record them.. Check your states laws in regards, some require that they be told upfront that your recording. Spoofing the caller ID is also illegal as well.  They have disregarded your cease and desist.. so go after them, the TCPA laws are clear as well as the FDCPA..

RTM Collection called our phone from 310-703-5778.  We returned the call to investigate why RTM called.  The person answering identified himself as an RPM rep, not an RTM rep, confirmed when I asked "a P as in Peter?".  With excellent credit and having ignored RPM calls for months, we consider this bait and switch tactic highly deceptive. Avoid dealing with both these companies and report them

    Take no prisoners.  Listen up...

Receivables Performance Management LLC is a Washington state corporation whose named agent is Andrew Shafer of Simburg, Ketter, Sheppard & Purdy out of Seattle.  His telephone number is 206-382-2600.  I urge you to call him and light his ass up, let him know precisely how displeased you are with his client's harrassing phone calls.  He is a member of the bar and thus subject to adhering to some kind ethics.  He therefore has a vested interest in ensuring that Receivables Performance Management stops calling you.  If you try to reach Receivables Performance Management directly, you will not.  Every telephone number they have listed on their website or any public records is a deadend ...obviously by design.

As collection agencies go, Receivables Performance Management is real beauty.  These people are absolute scumbags, and no mercy should be shown toward them, becaue they will show you no mercy.  So if you want to help yourself, contact Andrew Shafer at 206-382-2600 to let him know just how you feel.

I've received multiple calls from this number, all of which I have ignored after calling and being placed on hold once before. The most recent call somehow had my sister-in-law's name appear on the Caller ID--which is strange, since I don't have her phone # in my phone. However/whatever this company is, they are Frauds & Scammers.

RTM call my father' s house where i don't live. Don't know who they are. Next time i am at my dad i will answer the. If they are a legitimate collection agency, they will have to send me out some proof of who i owe. However i will have an attorney review it first.

Got a call from this number at 8:30am today, waking me from a sound sleep. They claimed to be Keller-Williams (which is a real estate firm). I told them they had the wrong number, as they gave me the name of someone who does not have this number (perhaps she might have at one time). I now see that the caller is a collection agency - and they are apparently trying to trick people by lying about who they are. I hope they will not call again, as I'm fed up with getting calls for deadbeats who have nothing to do with me, and I also think it doesn't sound entirely legal to lie about who you are, claiming to be a realtor.
