I get calls daily too.  Took my car into Hyundai to get service

It is a surveying company. Many different companies use them to conduct customer satifaction surveys.  They do not leave a message and do not accept incoming calls. They will try to contact you a total of five times; if they do not reach you they supposedly stop calling.

Received call @12:14 pm Nov 17,07. No message left.

Yeah, I keep getting this call too - I haven't answered, but I just took my car (Hyundai) in for repair so it would make sense for them to call me. . . i guess. . .

received call from 310-862-9009. Tried to ignore call but they wouldn't give up. Very annoying as I work in my home. After 15 rings I finally answered it and they hung up. gr-r-r-r-r

I never answer, but this number calls DAILY...multiple times!!!!!! I called the number back, and it rang once....in California, they do not accet any incoming calls...they are a market research center....

Contact Public Utility Commission and report the number also subscribe to ``NAtional Do Not Call List``

I took my Hyundai in for service and now get daily calls from (310) 862-9009 on my cell phone!   This has got to stop!

sounds to me like calling people more then once (like they have with me) is no good way to get good reviews from the consumers. I know it pisses me off when they call many times like that, and they are violating the laws if they still call after you tell them to stop.

Calls every day for past year.  I ignore them. I wouldn't have a Hyundai piece of crap if they gave me one.  I do however get pleasure out of knowing they are wasting money trying to contact me.  At least they have to pay someone to bother people.

I just bought a Hyundai and was told by the dealer to expect a call about th service I received.  Probably the best way to handle it would be just to answer once and ask that they don't call back.  Most reputable companies will accept that.

They asked for Gregory and said they were from Long Island City Hyundai.  I don't own a car and my name isn't Gregory.  He hung up.

Even if I may have ever thought about buy a stupid Hyundai I wouldn't now just because of all the calls I get from both this number and a local Hyundai dealer.  Have reported to FTC but still getting calls.

NEVER DROVE A HYUNDAI, NEVER RENTED AT HYUNDAI, ONLY EVER RODE IN ONE ONCE!  Why would they call me several times a day?  I don't live in California!  Don't and never have owned a Hyundai!

It is a marketing company contracted to perform surveys for Hyundai and their service department. If you your car serviced there, then they are using your number you gave them to contact you when the car was done. It's quite possible that they have the wrong number in the system if you are getting these calls by mistake.
However, if you did have service done, I think it gives them permission to call for follow up. I can't be sure.

have been getting calls from this number for about a week. I have never answered it but they keep calling and never leave a message. I am just hopping they go away. My caller ID just says CA which I think that means California. Im going to keep digging till I find out who this loser is. The number that calls here is  310-862-9009  If this looks familiar to you or anyone else from this site
