Thanks for the info everybody.  I have a Hyundai and just had some service work done.  I already gave them a survey... why are they bugging?

It's a company called Synovate calling "on behalf" of Hyundai to do a telephone survey.  I recently had my vehicle serviced and they call supposedly regarding how the service went.  

I received the first call a few days after the service and did not answer because I did not know who it was.  They did not leave a message.  

They called again today and I answered.  I let the guy get about a sentence and a half out and advised him that I am on the Do Not Call list and that this was an un-solicited call, and for their company to stop contacting me immediately.

I filed a complaint via www.donotcall.gov and called 866-320-4607 to be placed on Synovate's own do not call list.  I would suggest anyone to do the same if they receive calls from this company.  If you simply ignore them, they will continue to call you!

Calling to ask me about the service I received a few days ago at a Hyundai dealership.  They only asked two questions, "Do you mind taking the survey?" and "How would you rate your service on a scale of 1 to 10".  Took less than three minutes to complete.

It's a company that does customer satisfaction surveys for Hyundai.  There is usually a note on your receipt letting you know they will be calling.  They also send me an email.

Must by Hyundai.  I just got my car serviced there.  Looks like other ppl are saying its Hyundai.

I just got my Hyundai Serviced. Missed the call. I called back and got a message saying who they were and what they wanted. Me to do the survey regarding the service to my vehicle which was last week. I do like everyone reporting here, I use my cellphone for work and everyone's participation does help me to avoid being interrupted for stuff when I need to keep working.

Only not a problem if they are actually on the other end of the line when they call!  I get calls 2-3 times a day and no one is on the other end when I answer.

I recently had my Hyundai serviced... Apparently, these people call everytime I take the Hyundai to the service center.  Totally annoying.  They've called almost every day, since I got my car serviced.  It gets old - especially since the car is completely paid off.

Don't worry, everyone calm down! If you recently bought a Hyundai vehicle, the company calls you to survey your sales experience, that's all. The reason they keep calling is because it's not a person making the call, it's a computer dialer. You'll get called until you answer. Griping about legal action, the do-not-call list, etc. is really futile and somewhat silly. Take a moment and read the stuff you signed when you bought the vehicle, you gave them permission to contact you. Come on, folks, think for a minute before getting so irate.

I keep getting calls from this number several times a day. I almost purchased a car from Hyundai. As soon as I answer the phone it hangs up. I call back and it's just a recording saying they want to survey me about Hyundai but I can't call them back. How do I get this to stop?

It's Hyundai Survey - Doesn't matter which dealer you go to. They won't give up, they try every time, they never took my number off the list as requested. I've put them in my cellphone as Z-Hyundai Survey so it shows up at the bottom of my phone book. Then I set that contact's ringtone to "Silence" or "No Ringtone" so I never even have to hear them calling me anymore. It doesn't matter day or time, they just keep calling.

received a call no message. first time for this phone number. don't care to do a survey if that is what they are after.

CAlls several times a day and never leaves a message....So sick of it. But did have service at Todd Archer Hyndai in Nebraska.It os 8:30 in Nebraska, why calling so late????

Another call from this number hanging up after three rings.  This needs to be stopped by the phone companies.
