I get these calls regularly too.

It's meant to verify that they have reached an active phone number so they can follow up later with marketing calls.

Received another call from these weirdos today - received one yesterday also, my husband answered the phone today only to be put on hold - when the guy finally came on the line my husband asked where he was, the guy gave my husband the address to a piece of property that we own - my husband replied " no you're not, that's where I am" the weirdo then said " yes I am, I'm here with your wife" - my husband then called him a name & hung up!!!! Freaks - the laws seem to protect them & not us!!

Called from CA.   NO INFO FOR YOU.

I keep getting calls day and night from this number and one time I answered they told me it was a survey. Told them not interested that I do not give any information out on the telephone and the calls continue now I just click answer and hit hang up.

I was told hateful things by this caller.
The things he said are beyond...
Disgusting and scary.

I called my phone provider and am on the National Do Not Call list.
It doesn't seem to matter.
This caller is sick and has always been the same one.

Didn't catch name first time, but they said about lower my interest on my credit cards, right away I knew it was a scam.  Just hung up, I recognize the associated numbers and don't answer any more.

Excellent advice! To really waste their time, use 100% fake name and address data from www.FakeNameGenerator.com  Every minute you waste of their time is a minute they lose and can't call anybody else!

Today, so far, I've gotten two calls from these wastes of space and oxygen.

Last week, I got a call from "my own number" I asked my wife if she thought that it would be possible to speak to myself if I picked up the call.

All three numbers ...including my own, have been blocked!

Caller Id says Info Survey, but it really is one of those recorded calls to lower your credit card rate. No matter
how many times I have told them that I don't have any credit cards they still call me. I have even asked them
to stop calling, but they hand up when you do, also pressing 3 to be removed from their call list doesn't help
either.

Have been called 3 times in 5 days. Calling about credit card debt. I get hung up on each time I ask for a supervisor. Best part I'm on several no call lists. Intro person speaks perfect English. Reps are hardly understandable. Make an effort guys at least speak the language your trying to fraud people in.

We have been receiving multiple calls daily from 310-947-8192, in regards to 'my credit card'.  Every time I hang on the line to talk to a representative, they hang up once I ask to be removed from their call list.  HELP!

 Credit Card Services has called me hundreds of times in past years, 5 times a week. No matter what I do or say they won't stop or delete my number from scam list even though they know I know they are a scam.
So Here is the ONLY thing left to do, people.
Ask them if Credit Card Services is recruiting for ISIS and Al Qaeda. Ask If CCS is plotting to kill a president. Ask if CCS is stockpiling Fertilizer and nitro methane to make a BOMB. Then ask CCS if they are smuggling cocaine into the US.
    TELL Them THEY CCS is Now on the NSA's Hit List for all those KEY WORDS said during call and CCS' Real IP Address/Phone Number WILL Be TRACED and Tracked no matter what little ghetto in america or elsewhere they are calling from. Then TELL Them to Expect a Cruise Missile to land on their house REAL SOON for being a TERRORIST SUSPECT.
 Time to make those Nasty Pesky NWO SPIES in Virgina Work FOR the SHEEPLE.... for once......

Shows as "Info Survey" ..No message left .... They became yet another spam Caller who was blocked by my PhoneTray Pro software (see - phonetray dot com). A rock solid program for blocking these fools.

Microsoft technician wanted to fix my computer, I told her I don't have internet , she started talking in a foreign language and hung up.

nice to see all you good folks burning the phone numbers of these idiots. every time I get a new scammer calling me - I burn their number and put as much info out there about them as I can; that way they got to go buy a new number.

Caller I.D. says Peoples Assista(nts).   I'm thinking a scam.  When I called back, I actually got a busy signal.  Haven't heard a busy signal in years.

They can make your caller ID read any number and any name they like.

They busted a guy in FL who was doing the free vacation scam and he was calling almost 100 million people in 3 months.  I get way more calls from the lower your interest rate scams than I do for vacations.  India busted some "we from microsoft and we need to fix your computer" who were taking in $150,000 a year, a piece.
There is plenty of money to be made from stupid or desperate people in America.
