Scam call about a Covid Alert.

Happened in 3 phone calls. 1st call we are sending over manual, 2nd call they didn't tell us about a price going up on toner will send it to us for $250, third call is to get your information.

Got a call from Tracey telling us that the price on the toner went up $40.00 and that they would send us an extra toner to make up for the difference. We do not even use the model that she was mentioned. Be careful and don't accept any "free shipments". They will try to collect on them later.

I answered the call. Hearing background noise like a call center, I suspected a spam call. The guy began talking, but the phone was so fuzzy and pretty soon he just hung up. It came through as "anonymous" but had this phone number.

Got a call, saying they want to give us toner for our Sharp copy machine.  It's a scam.  Asked for our account number and information. Beware! Know who you are talking to.

Got a call from a guy who identified himself as Sam Lopez (probably fake name). He said he wants to send us a toner cartridge for our office printer, and he is keeping us at the "old price" of $498 and will not be raising our rate to the "new price" of $538. I knew it was a scam because we have never had to pay anything for our toner cartridges.

Received a call from Sam Lopez stating that our toner cartridge price has gone up and that they apologize for not notifying us.

I stopped him immediately and let him know that we do not pay for cartridges since it's included in our lease.

Caller said that they were from office solutions from a private number, wanted our copy machine info and model #, Advised we never give out that info....this has been a scam for the last 25 years, They use your name and send out toner ect......Hang up on them!!

A guy called my office and asked who was responsible for purchasing masks, gloves, etc. I said that would be my doctor and then I said that he was good and didn't need anything at this time and he didn't answer so I guessed he hung up so I hung up. He called back and asked why I hung up and called me a B**CH and then hung up on me. I tried to call back but no one answered

This number has called us before, asking for our office manager. I asked for their name, she said Ms. Gomez and I asked what the call was with regards to. She said that she wanted to give us updated pricing information on HP. I placed her on hold and it was shared that she has called many times before. I told her that we do not have any HP in our office, that you guys have called several times and we are not interested and to stop calling.

New scam from this number.  They wanted to speak to our gift shop buyer. I told them we didn't presently have a person in that role and they hung up.

They called and told us they were sending out the updated manual for our toner. I knew it was bogus because we deal with a local company for our copier. I told them that and hung up on them.

When I asked Kylie Grey what the call was about she hung up

Called and said they were with Kyocera and our printer toner cost was increasing. When I questioned him and advised we were in a contract he hung up. Goes to voicemail when I call back

Called last week asking about our printer and the model. Called again today saying that they did not inform us of the price increase of our toner and because of that, they will keep the old cost for the next 24 months. Cost of 1 thing of toner is $498! I told "Justin Garcia" who sounded middle eastern, that we order our toner elsewhere and that I would have to speak w/ my OM. At that point, he hung up the phone. Called the number back, rang and rang and went to voicemail. HUGE SCAM!

That happened to me, called back like 8 times and turns out the number is linked to a repair shop

This caller : Justin Garcia called my office several times trying to sell toners at a discounted price. We know it's a scam since like many offices we have a contract that provides service repair and toners year round but we wanted to see how far they would go. Our company works for the government so the calls are monitored. My boss did not want us to go further along with the scam so I just had to say we were no longer interested in the toner.  But Justin Garcia (or anyone from their scam crew) continues to call, wasting his/her time,  it's fine by us.

I knew the first call was odd, asking about my printer. Then the 2nd call talking about the toner going up in price and they would send out a black cartridge for free. I was not feeling it and blew him off. Glad to find I was right and not just rude to someone.  So tired of these scammers.
