At 11:20 last night we received 4 calls in a row.  The first one was from Phone #312-205-0109 and then 3 from #469-324-0109.

These calls started this morning on my home phone. I saw that they were coming from Venali Inc. HQ and looked them up on Google. I called their main number at 786-552-1900 and pressed option 2 for customer support. The agent told me they provide Voice Over IP fax capabilities and that it was coming from one of their customers. She contacted the customer for me and said the FAX calls should stop within 24 hours. I was going to get very annoyed if it took that long, but they stopped immediately.

Does anyone know how these annoying phone calls can be stopped?? I receive repeated calls from 312-205-0109 on my cell phone at all hours of the day, night & during the work day. It is extremely frustrating because even if I ignore the call, it goes into my voicemail & leaves a message there (beeping).  This is causing me to use my daytime minutes just to get rid of these calls/messages. I can not turn off my phone because I need to leave the phone line open for emergencies.  Please help!

getting calls from 312-205-0109 fax machine... WHY????

Same as everyone else. Just keeps dialing me back over and over again and it's a fax. Not a clue how to stop it either.

Multiple fax calls on(202) 727-7158.  Started this morning and rings on two lines.

The fax numbers are: 469-324-0109,312-205-0101&732-352-6740.

Caller ID says calls are from Venali, Inc HQ. Numbers are either 469-324-0109 or 312-205-0109. Calls come in day or night up to 10 or 12 in quick succession. Just called their main office at 786-552-1900 (then press 2 for customer service) to talk to an agent. Calls haven't stopped, very harassing, so maybe class action legal action is next?

MAIN NUMBER FOR VENALI INC IS:
786-552-1900 (then "2" for Customer Service)

Unfortunately for them, Venali,Inc is not to blame for some(maybe none) of these calls. When I had enough of this problem, I began to try to get it stopped. It took a month to investigate, But I found that the number that the faxes were supposed to be going to had been disconnected, lines had gotten crossed, and the faxes were being forwarded to my phone. Venali was a great help, but in the end I had my home PC set up to receive faxes. Of course the faxes show the company names and phone numbers, from and to who, so by contacting them the problem was found and resolved!!!!!!

As I have a fax that can be switched to my home phone number, I did that. It was Wall*Mart faxing to thier local store. My home number is one off from the store number. I get faxes for their pharmacy from time to time. It showed up as Venali, Inc. Hq

I called 786.552.1900 as you suggested, and the customer service rep was able to get the calls stopped immediately.  Thanks for the tip.

This number is Venali Inc. If you call their headquarters they can send the company of who is trying to fax you and get your number changed. The number is 786-552-1900 and press 2 for customer service, it is a little ridiculous when you pick up the phone and hear a beep 14 times in an hour....

These people called every minute from 12:29 AM on 3/17/10 for five straight calls.  This is one of many times this has happened.  I doubt that Geico works 24 hours a day!!

Everyone who's getting these calls from 312-205-0109 pls call 786-552-1900 and choose option 2 for Venali's customer support.
Give them your number and ask them to send a msg to their clients for these faxes to stop.
Calls should stop within a few hours.

its really annoying to me! i received the calls in the wee hour in the morning and they call 5x times or more straight sometimes.
