chicago tribune subscriptions, will not remove me from their list even though I told them 3 times in 2 days

Received calls from this number, however once you answer they hang up.

receiving numerous calls a day, always hanging up on me.  Twice Chicago tribune called and I have asked them to remove me from the call list.

Answering machine when you try calling the number back.  They call at odd hours and this is extremely annoying.

Good enough reason not to subscribe to the Tribune.

same crap.. they've been calling every day randomly, anywhere from 9am to 11pm, saturdays and sundays.  I'm on the do not call list as well.

Receive at least twice daily calls from this number. Caller ID - Unknown name. Let machine pick up. No message. Annoying as hell.

When I did a search on a reverse phone number search I found this to be a land line for Ameritech Illinois, Chicago, IL.

this phone number is also calling and they don't leave a voice mail when is this going to stop.

I answered the phone and no one answered, called the number back and go a Turnkey Solutions answering machine.  Filed a complaint with the "National Do Not Call Registry".  https://www.donotcall.gov/complaint/complaintcheck.aspx.  I suggest all others do the same.

calls me every few hours and does not talk

Was a victim of theft this week, was concerend where this call was coming from and whether it was legitimate or not.

this is bizarre! i just googled this number to find out what company this is. and, gee, i'm not the only victim! truly annoying! they called me about 6 times today. grrrr!!!

Unwanted calls

No answer when I answer these calls.  No messages from calls coming in during the day.

The announcement when I called the caller ID number is "Turn-key Solutions." They are an Arizona company. They are, presumably, calling on behalf of the Chicago Tribune. I called the Trib and asked to be removed from any of their call lists. They agreed. We'll see.

It's been a few days and I'm still being called by Turn-key Solutions.

I called Turn-key Solutions directly and requested to be added to their "Do Not Call" list. They agreed. We'll see if it works.

BTW, if you pick up the call and there is no one at the other end, it is because they use "predictive dialers" that call AHEAD of any particular person being ready to speak to you. If they connect with you but their operators are busy, their machine will hang up. Don't worry, you'll be called again. ;-)
