This company called me as Well if they are legit then they're lying since I live in the UK and have never been to the states

Call my business constantly - robo call with no information - identifies company as debt collectors and then says to call. NO WAY.  Have no personal nor business debts - so no reason for them to call. HAVE REPORTED THEM TO 'UNWANTED CALLS'  AT donotcall.gov

Note that you can fight these horrible people!  I kept getting call after call (using a mechanical voice, you'll know it when you hear it) saying that someone with my name owned a debt to the State of Kansas -- and return the call or else, basically.  I have never been in Kansas, never lived in Kansas, don't think I've even flown over Kansas.  Luckily they used the name Harris and Harris, so I was able to look up their information and file a complaint with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.  Used their website, and it took only a few minutes.  They will contact the company on your behalf.  Well, a few days later I get a link to a message:  "We're sorry, we thought we had the right person, obviously we were given wrong information. we'll take your name off our list."  Yeah, right, you lousy scammers.  You call anybody with a name you "think" you have and eventually some pour slob will fall for the bait.  The calls have stopped, that is the good thing.

I also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

Bottom line -- if you get this calls and you know it isn't you (even if it is, what the heck) and you can get complete address information -- you must have that to fill out the form -- look up the website for the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and file a complaint!

Well I haven’t been to Chicago and neither has my car. So yeah, it’s a scam.
