Called once so far, but had refrig. worked on yesterday. No msg left. After seeing all these postings must be Sears.  Was advised by my repair man that all calls to service now go to India.

called 3 times. did not leave mssg. 3rd time heard land line hang up on my voice mail.

Got a call twice today from this number. Did have an appliance delivered last week . Survey maybe?  annoying!

i too recently had my sears washer serviced.

Also receiving numerous incoming calls from this # and like many of you have also had an appliance delivery recently. My suggestion, remain cautious & do not answer calls you do not recognize as someone hacked into my email account yesterday & sent an email to every address in my saved list w/out my knowledge!

2 calls from this number 5 hrs appart no message.  looked at the messages above and did just get an appliance from sears this past weekend...hummmmm

I started receiving calls from this number 312-640-2552 when I was not home (2/20/10). My caller ID names the company as Telesight, Inc. In my opinion, It is likely a research company conducting some type of customer satisfaction survey.

They probably want to conduct a survey regarding the recent delivery of a large appliance I received earlier in the week.

Received 2-3 calls 2/22/10 and 2/23/10.  I've got caller ID on the TV, and Telesight was the caller from area 312 (Chicago)  I ignored the calls each time and they left no message.  I had a private appliance repair company contracted by Sears under the Sears Appliance Warranty Plan do some annual maintenance on my appliances so I guess they want to find out how satisfied I was with the service.  I already went online and reported my satisfaction with their work.

Show several calls on CallerID.  Like others just had delivery from Sears.  Although I know a survey is coming it would be nice if they told me it would be from Telesight. The delivery team was excellent and I would like to share but I also ignore nuisance calls.

I got 3 calls, got my dishwasher repaired two days ago...it is a questionaire regarding the service.

Frequent calls even on Sunday, left a message once in Spanish.I don't speak Spanish .

got a few calls today from this number today, called them back to find out they conduct surveys for businesses .i just had my washer fixed by a sears repair guy. sears repair guy was great but these survey people are scum! stop calling me!

I too keep getting calls from this number, it is very annoying.
