- Raven3 calls from this number. no message. whatever. go away
- AdrianeI keep getting calls from this number. The first time they called, I answered and the caller hung up or was disconnected. The other times I haven't picked up, but they leave no messages. If this company wants people to answer/respond to their calls, then they need to leave a message so people won't think they are an annoying telemarketer or scammer.
- big brotherI to had an appliance delivered. its a "how did we do" number
- Dave AnlakVery bothersome! Calls regularly but don't answer due to the caller ID stating "Unknown".

my parents bought a washer and dryer from sears, but we already got it- Caller: 1-312-640-2552
- Home Owner| 1 replyMy caller ID read 312-640-2552. They did not leave a message on my answering machine. An uwanted call.
- me replies to ekaThat's makes sense. I took my weed wacker to a Sears Service center to get repaired (but ended up getting screwed instead.) They must BE tied in with Sears.
Btw, if anyone purchases gardening equipment from Sears, make sure it has a lifetime warranty or something similiar. I had to pay their service center $30 just to look at it and tell me what was wrong with it. 3 weeks later they end up telling me it'll cost $130 to have fixed. Now what's stupid is, that's the price I paid for a new one. So I just paid Sear's $30 to tell me i'm better off buying a new one. Plus I didn't get back my $30 or the full tank of gas that was in the weed wacker. THANKS SEAR'S SERVICE CENTER OF BAKERSFIELD. YOU GUYS REALLY KNOW HOW TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOUR CUSTOMERS. KEEP UP THE SHADY WORK. YOU'LL BE OUTTA BUSINESS IN NO TIME! - TSS replies to Home OwnerOK, this is from a group called TeleSight. Another marketing firm looking for customer input. It seems to me that most of the people here are on the Do Not Call List. They have a web site @ Telesight.com, time that we all turned the tables and of course report them to the Do Not Call List Reps.
- MJ| 1 replyI received a partial recorded message as described in the other posts (Press 1 for English, etc). On March 23, I had my gas dryer repaired by A&E Service, which is a subsidiary company of Sears. I found this at the Telesight main page: .
"This site describes the services we provide, the business approaches we apply and the successes one can anticipate from a well conceived and implemented customer satisfaction research program."
So it appears to be a service that is used to inquire on how satisfied the customer was with the repair work. My advice to anyone who keeps getting called by this number and you haven't had repair work done or a new appliance delivered is to pick up your phone when they call and tell them you have the wrong number.- Caller: Telesight, Inc.

- TSS replies to MJI'm sorry but I have to disagree with just telling them that they have a wrong number. I personally NEVER give my number out if it is to be used for ANY type of marketing. Large companies will tell you that if you supply them with your number it could be used for such a purpose, and if it is OK with you. I have never given such an OK but still received these calls. The ONLY reason my number was given was for the delivery guys, just for the delivery. This company is going out of it's way to make these inappropriate calls and also going against the DO NOT CALL guidelines. I myself will most definitely file a complaint.
- KatUnfortunately this is not against the DNC. Sears and A&E contract with TeleSight in order to improve their own customer service. You have a business relationship with Sears and/or A&E, and have provided them with your information for your delivery and/or repair; and that business relationship extends to any company Sears or A&E employs for the purpose of improving their own service. It is actually to YOUR benefit to answer the survey and to do so as honestly as possible. Many times it is only through surveys such as this that a company can determine if they are doing well or if they are doing something wrong - if you never tell them they screwed up, they don't know to fix it. Too many people jump to complain about a service but not TO the provider of that service; they go on forums or complain to their friends, which does them and the company no good whatsoever. If the company does not know they did a poor job, they do not have the opportunity to correct it for you or for future customers.
And just so you know, I do not nor have I ever worked for Sears, A&E or TeleSight. I buy my appliances and garden tools from Sears. I have those items repaired by A&E (usually under extended warranty). I answer the survey calls when I know they are coming. I did not answer today's because by the time I was able to look up the # on here, they had already hung up; but when they call back I will be answering. I cannot say if this call was regarding our recent dryer repair or our appliance delivery; my dryer had gone out and my husband had decided against an extended warranty; so we had it fixed, but also bought a new Kenmore washer and dryer with extended service plans. Both the repair of the old dryer (two years old) and the delivery of the new units were this past week. Regardless of which this call is in reference to, I will be answering their questions. It is only a few minutes of my time and is ultimately to my benefit as a consumer.- Caller: TeleSight
