I was checking my call ID and saw this number so I thought I would look it up...I have been a customer of Feature Films for years and haven't had problems with them, I think they are a great company...they call me once a quarter and when they are trying to reach me YEAH they call each day BUT if I don't answer then of course they callback.  I posted on another number on my call id today as well and gave the same advice if you are not interested...pick up and tell them to take you off their list and you can save alot of time on this website :)

Feature Films 312-878-5555 called today left a voicemail wanted a callback to discuss my balance. I notified Brighthouse of the situation and they are going to investigate it. Meanwhile a new feature that comes with my Digital Phone has allowed me to block them and anybody else I choose to send to neverland. =)

Please have them stop calling my cell. It costs me minutes!!

Feature Films is in Murray, Utah.  Spoke to them and they deny these calls as being theirs or having sister locations in Illinois.

From the looks of the posts, WHOEVER THEY ARE, they need to be prosecuted.  We re-registered our numbers, made copies and will be seeking local law enforcement prosecution if this keeps on beyond the "31 days" required by the "Natl. DNC Registry".

I do like this company.  Years ago, I bought some really good family films.  However, I never have called them from my cell. . .and didn't have this number when I did order from them.  How in the heck did they get my cell number?  And why are they calling me to solicit business on it?  This is the third time, so I am annoyed.  I have tried telling them not to call me.  They are very high pressure and I don't appreciate it.  Just tired of the solicitation.  BACK OFF ALREADY!

We receive a daily call from this company.  Our kids are grown and we no longer want their movies.

I got a call from 312 878 5555 at 6.21 pm CST and when I picked up (rarely I do) the female voice asked "hey Aguilar there"? I just hung up..

focus on the family is a cult where it's leadership,  dobson, takes advantage of those who want to pay his expensive bills while he plays politics and prays away the Gay. the videos are good but i wont support his abuse.

This company, Feature Films, has called me 3 times within one week, using different phone numbers.. name appears as "Family Feature.." ;   FFF   and "Feature Films" .

I told them 'years ago' to stop calling; I hate the high pressure tactics AND I don't watch movies.  AND I can't afford them... (Then, I was highly pressured to give REASONS why for all my reasons... UGH!)


I had a few years without calls.. now this!  

I am on the NO CALL list....  I would LOVE to hear they 'got in trouble' for bugging people.

I bought a couple of films 15-20 years ago from them, and they would call maybe once a year to see if we wanted to order anything else. That's fine with me. But we haven't bought anything in at least 12 years. Suddenly about October 2011 they started calling 3 to 5 times a week, and occasionally 2-3 times a day, from a wide variety of numbers but most of them included some form of "Feature Films" or "FFFF" in the CLID. We didn't answer, they never left a message. Finally I answered and told them to stop calling, the agent hung up on me. A few days later, they called (from 304-205-0380, FFF Cust Serv) and I really chewed them out. They apologized and said they would stop calling. Tonight I got a call from this number, from a "quality control agent" who noted my request and asked if they had done something to cause the request. I explained that they had called about 50 times in the past three months, and I was tired of it. He again apologized and said I would be permanently removed from their list. He said they would review my file and see why they had called so much.

We will see.

As far as I can tell, there is no connection between this organization (Feature Films for Families) and Focus on the Family (founded by James Dobson, but he retired in 2009). Not that I have any fondness for either organization, but there is no connection between them.

I just wanted to be sure you knew you had to re-list your number in order to keep it on the "Do Not Call List". Also, if you answer the phone, and tell them not to call for 6 months they won't. They are a respectful company. I've been buying videos from them for 15 years, and they call me 2-3 times a year or once a year when I request it of them.

I am on a do not call list and this is the type of call I don't want and being a cell phone how do they get m y number anyway
